[Resolved]  Uti Pan Card Service — Status of complaint

I have not received the Pan card inspite of deposit of Application No.20371863 bearing coupon No.[protected] from Allahabad U.P. on[protected] and now I am under very much need. My present address is 250, Gali Atma Ram Wali, Main Market Badarpur, Delhi 110044 and Mob.No.[protected].
Please sent my card on my addresss given in this comment.

Name mismatch and incorrect spelling of Applicant PAN AAHPI 3124 N

1. This is to bring to your notice that the applicant name as it appears in the PAN card has been mis-spelt - the family name should appear as CHOWDHURY and not CHOUDHARY.

2. There is a mismatch in the name as it appears in the PAN card and the Income Tax website. The website continues to show applicant’s maiden name i.e. SHAMIM ISLAM while the card shows SHAMIM CHOUDHARY.

These errors on your part have financially affected the applicant as the applicant’s banker has been unable to credit Income Tax Refund to the applicant’s bank account.
It is submitted that the applicant had applied for a change in name almost 3-4 years back after the applicant’s marriage. While a new PAN CARD was issued with a mis-spelt family name, it appears that your organization has not taken pains to amend the same in the Income Tax Departments database resulting in financial hardships to the applicant and administrative hassles.

Request the above be rectified immediately and a new card be issued to that effect.

As per the status report on the internet sight o[censored]TI my PAN Card has been Dispatched by UTI on date 28 January 2009 but I have not received it till to day.

sir i submited the aplication on 21/01/09 but i am not finding the status of pan card it was applied or not my coupan no[protected] custmer name pinki i gave voter id or marksheet

25/06/2007.But I have not received pan card till date. But after checking in the internet, I found that my pan card is already being sent by post bearing PAN Card No. AFQPN 2787 N. So please do the needful at the earliest to despatch the above Pan Card as it is not lying in the post office.

I submit my pan card to corect my name last year but up to now i did not get back my pan card

I have applied for PAN card with appln No.[protected] and coupon No.[protected] on 27.01.09. You have rejected my form for Surname Proof. But I have re-submitted proof of surname on 03.03.09 at UTI service centre Preet Vihar. The PAN tracker of the website is displaying the fields as try again. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
