Hi All,
Just brought Samsung double door refrigerator on 18/8/2011. Since the product is not functioning well from the next day of purchase... I loose confident on the quality of the product sold by vasanth & co Royapuram and I want to return the product entirely and go with the new one.
For that sake today 20/8/2011, I went back to the Vasanth & co royapuram and requested them to cancel the bill since I am not satisfied with the product due to the failure in it.
But I am totally shocked with the way they behaved in the showroom, Without any dignity and also in a very rude manner stating that there are not responsible for any product sold. It has to be only done with the Samsung on my efforts and risk...
And also in this regards there is no option for me to contact any other vasanth & co persons or help... even in their site the contact us page is with a very big bug in captcha as attached... so that I can't able to provide my compliant to them...
If Vasanth & Co is not responsible for any product sold by them, then why should consumer has to buy any product from them... and why they call them self as "India's no1 dealer" if they don't want to deal any product after sale.
