[Resolved]  Vasanth & Co, Tambaram — Irresponsible.Avoid buying in Vasanth & co

I purchased a refrigerator in Vasanth & Co branch, Tambaram on 1st Dec 2009. At the time of purchase, they made me buy a different product (had to pay additional price) than what I had chosen because they didn't have enough stock of the product of my choice. They assured me the refrigerator would be delivered the next day. After 2 days when I called up the branch about the delivery they told me that it would be delivered the same day. The story was repeated for about a week and then when I called up again, they told me they did not have enough stock to deliver it. Not a single call was made by the branch to apologize for the delay. After an arguement, the person in the branch said, come to the branch and get the money back!

Don't Buy any product in the Tambaram Vasanth & Co branch.. they are irresponsible and rude!
