Dear Sir

I Purchased a fully automatic VIDEOCON washing machine model, K.5200 on[protected]. For the last 30 days, we have a problem as it is not working and as per service personal request we sent it to VIDEOCON Service Centre in Vijayawada i.e., SONOCARE, Ram Mandiram Raod, Eluru Road, Vijayawada - 520002, Ph No.[protected], 2437137.

They told me washing machines Wash Motor has to be changed and as they do not have that item ready in stocks it will take 4 working days time and issued me Receipt No. 928, dated[protected].

As because, washing machine is part of daily chorus, one can not manage without it, we kept following up with & the Service Centre but even after 30 days i.e today[protected] they were not able to repair my Washing Machine and says Stocks has not yet arrived and the things are not moving.

In between I personally attended many times but all invain.

We kept calling and getting advise to contact this no, this no.....

I again & again requested M/s SONOCARE, VIJAYAWADA (Authorised Service Centre for VIDEOCON) to do some thing as we were desperate. This was acknowledged vide Receipt No. 928, dated[protected] but so far nothing has happened.

We would like to know what is the future on our equipment and we calls the shot at Videocon ? If Service Centres behave this way, days are not far off when you find your customers going away.

Just to update, I am also in marketing and feel very pitty for VIDEOCON as this is never expecetd from one reputed compnay in todays time who promises of WORLD-CLASS-SERVICE through various advertisement in News Papers & TV Channels.

Thanks for the reply. But I would like to let you know that from past four months regularly I am making complaints regarding only one issue and details in your records till date are not updated.

First of all, I don't have any issues with my LCD picture quality. Issue is basically with the LCD picture size which initially comes in full screen and slowly the picture size reduces to half and then furthur reduces and finally picture disapears from the LCD screen, even though we can hear the audio only.

Second thing the product mentioned in your record is 21" sattelite TV but with me is 26" Sattelite LCD the details are under :

2.....With in one year the above washing machine dead, and what the
repairs done by the technician is not known to us. He did't given any
bill or attended acknowledgement, he kept us in the dark about what he
did the service.
3.....Now on 8th Apr.2010 one technician came against complaint
No:BAN-[protected] dtd. 7th Apr.2010

Dear sir/ madam,

Our washing machine started irregular movements and continues motor
running on 7th Apr.2010. We registered complaint No:BAN-[protected].
The technician came on 8th Apr.2010 and told the that the board is
gone, for replacing the same you have to pay Rs:2500. He forced us to
give Rs:250/- for the visit compulsorily. He taken amount and given a
bill, on it its clearly mentioned that Billing (applicable for the
chargeable jobs only). Permanent receipt will be dispatched from the
office. It is not yet received.

By Ref:No:2 it is clearly notifiable that the washing machine is dead
with in warranty period, and the serviced details kept the customer in
dark.

Due to the above reason the washing machine or the defective board
must be replaced by you with in 15(Fifteen) days. Other wise i'm
going to Sui you in the consumer court exactly after 20 (twenty days
from now). And write about this in consumer blogs, webs.

This is for your kind notice and needful.

I,Khurshid ahmad dar is a subscriber of videcond2h from last many months. From last 20 days my connection is not working. Despite many complaints both via email and telephonic conversation, nobody is responding. The concerned people have taken away my settop box 4 days back and told me that i will be provided a new one. They are not responding to my calls. Then i called them from another number and they responded. As soon as they came to know that it is me, the concerned person switched off the phone. I want know to register a case againest them in the consumer for their ill behaviour.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a recharge voucher of Rs. 300/= from M/s. Chauhan Electronics just three days before lodging this complaint. 12 digit Recharge Code of said recharge voucher is[protected] and I had recharged the same on my customer ID 2023210 by using vendor's phone (Vendor is M/s. Chauhan Electronics, Nehrunagar, Kanpur) and after completion of recharge process, appropriate credit was confirmed telephonically. But my DTH service were blocked on dated[protected] so I have confirmed from customer care and it was informed that I should send 12 digit recharge code on 566777. After messaging it was replied that the credit voucher was already consumed which is not possible as the recharge voucher is continuously in my possession.
So the company should check whether it was due to their technical or other processing failure and credit my account immediately. It is further reiterated that company should compensate for the inconvenience caused to me.

I had purchased Videocon D2H LCD 2602 on 24th of May 2010. On 15th June 2010 it stated giving some isseus with the volume. Within 5 minutes of starting the set there was a disturbing sound and the volume goes to mute mode. my name is jatinder gautam and my customer ID is 2554710 and i m suffering(NOT FACING) a problem of negligence from video con D2H. my product is down from last four days and the other problem of disturbance is coming from last 12 days i called up customer care approx. 100 times in last 12 days several times it happened that call dropped and all the time false commitments from their executives. I think this is my only ever mistake that i went for D2H. it was really a very very bad bad experience. but no issues man learns from his mistakes. i called up on 1st July and get the complaint no. 14748210 but no response from their side then i again called up on 4th July again complaint no 14855814 and again no response. then i again called up on 8th July again complaint no 15120426 and again no response and their executive said some pert required for Ur product which is not available i m still confused without any visit how its possible to know that there is a part required for my product.I think their executives have a hidden talent of a magician.this is not end here one of their executive said that Ur problem will be resolved in next half an hour but as i was thinking, fooling Ur customer then i again called up on 10th July and as expected again a complaint no 15145146 but no response.my family is suffered a lot b'coz of D2h especially my 6 year old son.Can u help me in any way because i m thinking to take some legel action against them.

Dear sir,
This is regarding the inconvenience faced by me due to unprofessional behaviour shown by your customer care cell.
I am an old customer of yours and my customer Id is 681001. I have recharged my d2h connection on 06.07.10 and since then i am not able to avail services from any channel.

I registered a complaint regarding this on the same day and your customer care cell gave me the time between 24-48 hrs for the visit of their engineer but no one appeared and since then i am registering the complaints daily. They daily give me a new complaint no. and a new time for the visit but no one has come till now.
Today even it was the limit now when on calling upon 6th time one of your employee refused to give latest complaint no. and reference for the talk.
This kind of response is not expected from a reputed company like yours.

I have bought the tv with the following details
Brand - Videocon
Model - Jumbo
Size - 34"
Purchased on - June 2008
Scheme – Get plasma after three years (I have not got the bond instead of it I have taken cash discount of Rs. 7000)
Dealer - Umiya Electonics, Vishwakrma Shopping, Gandhinagar,

The problem started after six month of date of purchase the exact problem was I was not satisfied with the colours. The technician reverted my complain and done something in it and charged me Rs. 450.00, without any negotiation I have given the same even though the television was under the warranty as I was getting prompt solution.
Now after one and half year of purchase again got the same problem I have called the vendor again and told him to fix it up. He told me to register complain on the tollfree number I have done the same they have taken the tv to the service center after visit of a technician. I was shocked when they given me estimate of Rs. 4800 + transportation, for replacing the picture tube as per them the problem was with the picture tube. When I have told them that there is a warranty of 5 years on picture tube, they denied and told me that the warranty I can avail only if I purchase the bond.
My points are:
1. The television required the warranty not the bond.
2. The warranty card doesn’t reflect the warranty of picture tube which is in advertisement.
3. There was no communication either verbal or written that I will not get the benefit of warranty on picture tube which is for five years.
4. Please refer to my complain numbers (which has done nothing to me) : [protected], [protected], [protected] The first six digit reflects the dd/mm/yy so there is needless to say that this matter is pending from march from the company which harassed me a lot during this time.
My request :
Immediate (within 4 working days) replacement of the above said picture tube without any charges.

Further, I would like to quote an incident it might not relevant to you but even though I would like to share……when this problem was going on I have contacted the Dealer from whom I have purchased the tv when I ask about any exchange he offered me Rs. 2500 for 34”jumbo, when I crossed check the rates with other dealer I got to new that he is charging me Rs. 3500 more then the market rate….so the smart dealer can get the tv in free and additional profit of Rs. 1000 (apart from his routine benefit), Those who are in gandhinagar and planning to buy electronic goods from Umiya Electronics , Be careful from this smart dealer. I do not want others to suffer like I have.

My future Plan :
If I am not getting any reply with in 3 working days and course of action with in next seven working days I am going to court with this matter. This is not the issue of Rs. 4800 (it doesn’t matters me a lot) but the matter is about the harassment mentally.

I purchased 2 recharge coupons of vediocon d2d recharge on 07 july 2010 ,
which have validity till Sep 2010 , while I am recharging using my registered mobile number it is replying back with a sms that unable to process my request . I tried to their call center several times but they are not picking the call , the shop keeper says he is not aware about it as he sold me the sealed voucher . What to do ? I want to do a consumer case against Vediocon .

Please help .
