Vodafone — Regarding caller Tune deactivation

Hello,

Recently the caller tune service was activated bymistakely on my mobile (No [protected]) .As i do not require the service i have sent the SMS to the concern number 111/114 specified by service provide that is Vodafone. I have received message stating that the caller tune service has been deactivated

This month when i recharged my mobile the Rs 30 has been deducted from my account as caller tune service charges.I so not know how this happened

I have try to call the support center but found no positive response. This month again i sent SMS to 111/114 and reply is same your Caller tune service deactivated but i know that they are lying and they will charge for that

So i kindly request you to look in this matter and so the needful.

this to inform you that no action has been taken on the 4 complaints given by me on the customer care number '198' and i am facing a lot of problems on my phone...and the services to my phone is getting worst day by day...and even i am not able to call the customer care now...as it is blocked for my number...and your vodafone care centre in akurdi(pune) is the worst of all ...i want to you check on it and give me results as soon as possible...

I deactivated my caller tune on morning of 25th july 2012 and i got the confirmation that it has been deactivated. But on the same day in evening i got a message that my caller tune has been deducted and a sum of Rs.30 have been deducted. But still there is no caller tune on my phone.
I tried to contact vodafone customer care, they said to please hold the call and they will get back with information but i got no reply for 10 minutes and the phone got disconnected. I am very unsatisfied with Vodafone and it's customer care. I want a strict action taken regarding my complaint. If nothing is done I will port my number to any other service provider as they will provide me with better services.
