[Resolved]  Vodafone — improper deduction of balance

I,prakhar gupta is a prepaid customer of vodafone([protected]).They deducted rs 200 from my account on basis of activation of any service which i never opted for..
inspite of repeated calls to there customer care i dint get good response.wen i wantd to talk to superviser no one attended my call n my call was put on hold n finally disconnected. its very harrassing bein customer of such a big telecom company.

provider . INDISCRIMINATE deductions in the name of embeding caller tune in spite of
insufficient balance has made us to think your devil intention. YOU are advised to earn
but not to defraud the customer. I would strongly advise you to refund RS30/ which was
deducted fraudently couple of weeks back or else this matter will be forwarded to CBI and

Vodafone India — deduction of amount without the request

Today I was just trying to get information for std Rs. 1 weekly charge 7 Rs. related becoz I saw ad on the net and there was showing message to get information about this pack sms ALL to 56565 I did same only for enquiry but after sending that message I got sms that yeh suvidha 48 hrs me suru ho jayegi and they deduct 7 Rs from my balance. I did not sms for activation. its totally unfare I want to know why was that deduction when I did not apply for activation std Rs. 1 pack for 7 days.

I was using Internet on my mobile and Sent the de-activation request on 111 dated 2nd week of June 2009 then the service was de-activated from my number. But, Still I have to pay Rs.99 from the last 3 months as the downloading charges and due to non-paying of these 99 Rs per month, around Rs.150 and tax as late fee are also included in my bill.

I repeatedly called up the customer care wxecutives and eveytime they just provide me a complaint / reference number but No action was taken on the same.

Now, I am totally Dis-Satisfied with the service and customer cares of VODAFONE.
I think vodafone is cheating their customer, ýou can't expect this thing from a large company like them. They are cheating in call time duration, they are calculate the time from ring to receive. This is shameful, and if it continues then we have to think about other options
Vodafone is giving the worst service.It is telling something and acting in another way.Only exist to deduct money from costumers

[protected], a prepaid customer from Ludhiana, want to say that, vodafone deducted my 50 Rs from my account and i received a msg that the MCI info service is activated on your account, i have not send them any message, i have all records in my Log, and when i tried to talk to customer care, i am unable to call there, i m trying from last 8 hours but in vain.You Many time different-2 services were activated on my number with out ask to me. so i just want to say to vodafone either return my deducted amount or i have to go to consumer court.
my no is [protected].m using this no since one year.but just recently three days ago, company blocked my sim without any reason.when i go to vodafon store to get a dublicate sim, employs told me i have to report a FIR about that. and on force, they presserised me to get a new skim. but when i called to vodafon care to conferme about that.costomer care told me i have no need to repost FIR.couse my sim is just dead not stolen. n they suggested me to go again vodafon store to get my dublicate sim.but when i again gone to voda store n told them what customer care said about that.then they talked to me very rudly and said voda care employe are thirt party.they mean voda care and voda store has diffrent rules.and i have to report a FIR.but when i again called to voda care, they again told me you have no need for FIR. just go to voda store and get your dublicate sim.both of them telling me diffrent rules about on single matter.

i am using vodafone in bellary... my number is [protected]... i have given complaint 9th oct 2009... i called to customer service and call'ed to service 17 times, they are not responsing... complaint is :Rs 30 removed from balance without my permission ... activated cricket alerts and i gave complant to refund that amount... this is the way your are service ... , stupids, first you refund my amount to my number... other wise you lose more than 1000 times that amount...
My personal openion now is ONLY AIRTEL in India is providing the best services rest ALL ARE USELESS, Government Organizations are even better than Vodafone. Peoples say its a giant in telecom, but i say they may be Giant, but there SERVICES are Worst Than Any government telecom service. There Customer Support is ZERO. Always says 2 days 3 days for all services... see my complaints what i have given...

One of the vodafone executive named Mr SANDEEP DESAI made a false commitment for my no. [protected]. i want to know about my this no. that vodafone have been deducated my balance on 22 oct and today 5 nov. I have decactivated my one no. of FAF friends and family but i want to know for which no. two time my balance have deducate my. He refuse to tell me that i cant tell u noting about this.

I am a prepaid customer of vodafone[[protected]]i have a problem in my sim that i can not send a sms to any body.i m using a N72 handset.but when i change my sim and enter another vodafone sim to my mobile then they work.problem is not in only one handset some time same problem is arise in other handset.i complaint to customer care THEY SOLVE MY PROBLEM FOR FEW WEEKS AGO.they send me a SMS that u can send a sms to any body.BUT THIS PROCESS IS CONTINUE ONLY A FEW DAYS AND AGAIN PROBLEM IS ARISES.

i had opted for 1p/s vodafone. the offer told that it will be charged 2p/s for first 2 minutes. and after that it will be 1p/s. but i am being charged 2P/s throughout. after calling customer care, they are still hesistant to get me into the plan. till now the total loss for me 70 Rs that went towards recharge+ 75Rs(out of 150Rs i have spoken). even after 9 days they still ask for 4 more days to fix this issue.

the customer care is pathetic. they just want to give some deadline thats all. they are least bothered about fixing it. i want to complain about this to TRAI. i am not knowing how to reach them. if anyone can help me and reach them it will be useful for all vodafone subscribers who had opted for this plan. because the way it looks the issue is in the software and all the consumers are being cheated in this front.

Despite the complaint i have request nothing else change always onhold please help coz in ur advertising tv always they say bsnl fast network but you need proof it here in bodh-gaya its untrue. 16-11-09 I have cancelled my bonus card activation as a message of CAN SEC. After half hour I put new bonus card Rs 147 for 90 days. But they didnot activate feature of new bonus card. Instead of that they give talk time approx. Rs. 116. For that I called to customer care they did not properly answer.I told that I am going to complaint.For that they irritate me lot. They told whatever you do no problem for us. We cannt convert the talk time to bonus card. I feel that I am cheated lot. How foriegn companies cheating Indian

I have faced many problems from your service.

There is some fault vouchers( while scratching PIN no. is erased) in market.

We have done top up of Rs.60 (thru online top up) & that amount was not credited to my no. & they have send sms that we have activated the STD scheme of Rs.1/-. As we were not aware of it that there is any scheme going of this STD Rs.1/-. We requested to customer care to replace the scheme from Rs.60/- to Rs.52(i.e. 1 paise per second) but they have not positively revert.

DAILY I AM FACING PROBLEM WITH VODAFONE & LOOSING MONEY.

and customercare people tel me your balance wil be return after 4 hours but i wait last 40 hours i dont knw when wil 4 hours finish. today i try to conect customare care but i didnt make a single cal with u people. stil morning i try to call u but u people very edout. nd dont call back also to me.
i m nothing other i m ur customer ok
dont forgat ur customer otherwise customer is king.
