[Resolved]  Vodafone — improper deduction of balance

I,prakhar gupta is a prepaid customer of vodafone([protected]).They deducted rs 200 from my account on basis of activation of any service which i never opted for..
inspite of repeated calls to there customer care i dint get good response.wen i wantd to talk to superviser no one attended my call n my call was put on hold n finally disconnected. its very harrassing bein customer of such a big telecom company.

Vodafone Prepaid — Balance deduct, unwanted services activated, abused by customer care

Myself puneet vermani prepaid mobile number [protected] (Amritsar):


Kindly note my complaints:


1. On[protected] june i got a call from vodafone regarding a free download of 200 minutes but the caller didn't told me that to start this service there is charge of 99 rupee. it was a mis-selling case, and i lost my Rs 99.


2. on[protected] without asking to me my caller tune and alerts, for this neither i call to anyone nor i accept any call from your side but these two things were activated and in a day my more than Rs 128 deducted.


3. On 21 i call on customer care and the person directly used vulger language and abuse me so much.


Now the caller tune is already activated, kindly deactivate the callertune na d alert seervice and give me my balance back to my mobile of Rs 128 and 99.


i want this to be done on priority level.

connection .Sir we had given our delearship for cancelation on janaury 2009 to branch manager Manjunath Hegde but it is still not yet canceled our delearship, and still we not got our deposit amount and TDS certificate dated 16/09/2007 to 1/04/2008.So we request you people to do the things as early as possible.

The worst customer care ever i spoke with. I'm in america and my vodaone ph is in india. i tried logging in into my online acct and to my wrose, i forgot it and tried to reset it. the site says new pwd has been sent to my ph. But my family in india says they didnt recieve any message. i called all the way from america to customer care, gave them all the details they asked, but the crappy guys dont give me my pwd. They keep murmering my pwd has been sent to my mobile. For gods sake i had to wait for 24 hours and still the msg is not recieved. Agn i called the customer care and they say they donot have my complaint i registered the previous day. and today also they keep murmering the same thing that the msg has been recieved on my mobile. And if i pay the bill one day late these guys keep running after my around my office and charge on me with some charges. True . What the hell wrong is it with these guys when i was able to provide them all the information they asked. And guys dont transfer to their manager even after begging on them. Once classy answer i got from Sunil @ Cc is their manager is not at office. I never knew vodafone runs its Cc without a manager on duty.

And above of all the crap, their website is. it doesnot work well with google chrome, safari or firefix.
How come some one develop such dirty looking site without testing them on some of the best browsers on earth. These guys are only after Internet explorer. Are you guys trying to encourage Ms's IE ???

Vodafone has the best service in UK. When i was at UK the Cc was really superb abd very friendly. But indian Cc stinks. Hope some vodafone mngr takes care of all this craps.
And they say "HAPPY TO HELP". Vodafone Cc is never helpful. Better they know the meaning of HELP before using that word with the Cc. The marketing guys are truly helpful. They gave me a number even when i did not provide them the sufficient docs. So you guys would happily give a number to an alien in India without any proof that he's an indian. How crappy is that?? You guys just want ppl in and dont provide a proper service. I know its not fault of vodafone anyway. its only the Cc that stinks. May be vodafone would use its brain and take care of the Cc.

to whome so ever it may concern.i wud like to tell that i recharged my cell for RS 100 once and then for 50, 50, 20. and never got the balance.i recharged it online with the help of my bank's website.when i called customer care your agents did'nt respond me properly and put me on hold several times when i specifically told them not to put me on hold.when i asked for a supervisior they transffered the call n i was never connected to a supervisior.i was on hold for 20 mins but did'nt get any supervisior on the call.when i filled your sms survey, somebody from the vodaphone deppt named meenakshi called me and tried to hide the things, saying that your cell was recharged and we have that information in our records.when i asked for the confirmation...she was'nt able to say anything and said that we can't give you that.and she never gave me the reason why can't she give the confirmation no of the recharge.then she said that she'll call back.so my concern is still there where it started from.no resolution is provided to me.please look into the matter and do the needful.this is really not accecptable from such a reputed company.your customer service is really pathetic.if my issue will not resolve soon, then i think i will have to take some legal actions against your company

I, Mrinal Bera am a customer of Vodafone India (formerly Hutch) for about four years. My mobile number is [protected]. On 17/07/09, Vodafone has fraudulently deducted my balance amounting to Rs 99/-. I have done nothing that can lead to a deduction of such an amount. Despite of informing the Vodafone Customer Care about this injustice they are unwilling to met my legitimate demand of getting back the amount . The cause behind the deduction, as per their saying, is on account of gprs usage, whereas the fact is I have done nothing of that sort. I want my hard earned money credited in my prepaid balance without any delay..

You are a stupid subscriber don't know what to do .deducted my Rs 40 when i did not accept any caller tune service. You people are .Don't be crazy for Rs. 30 or 40 you will be loosing valuable customer who where your subscriber since years ago and forever. Don't ever forget about competition in market there are many subscribers TATA/Reliance/BSNL etc etc. People can switch off from one subscriberto another but the only thing which stops is their service. Poor service and poor guys.

Realy, Bodafone is making us.

I have taken the bodafone post paid connection and paid its initial ammount, what ever they (Bodafone)had asked.
After 10 days I got one sms and they barred my call. when I paid the full ammount they unbarred the call. Again aftyer 10 days they barred my calls after sending a sms.

Bodafone bill due date is 31st of the month but in a single month Bodafone barred my mob calls tow times.

Not only this, Bill is also not clear of Bodafone.

Yesterday i.e. on 3rd August vodafone services has deducted balance of around 45 rupees for activation of caller tune which i have never opted.

Kindly cancell the coller tune and add the balance to my account otherwise i have to opt the another option i.e. cunsumer forum.

Hi this is Deepak i have 2 post paid corporate connection and one Prepaid connection. i have a yearly recharge to be done for the prepaid account. i did the same this time around but they have deducted 150 re and account balance is showing -137.48 when called the customer care it never reaches the customer support just hangs around the IVR and when i called from my post paid it used to take 5 calls to make sure i speak with some one on prepaid. and the agents were not solving the problem. and the supervisor took the call. and he assured me that he will solve the issuse with in 24hours and dropped off from the call.. now its been 6 days i have repeatedly called daily till now from my postpaid number the last guy with whom i spoke was Ravindar P who informed me is the Team Lead and informed me that i need to trust this guy and he would get the issuse solved. and now he is went ahead and made sure i wont be able to call customer care even through my post paid number. i am in no where i am not able to speak with any representative on call or i go to vodophone center they ask me to call the customer care. I want to Raise a offical complaint against this person by name Ravindar P who has done this to my Number. can you please help me out in this. my number is [protected]
