[Resolved]  Vodafone — improper deduction of balance

I,prakhar gupta is a prepaid customer of vodafone([protected]).They deducted rs 200 from my account on basis of activation of any service which i never opted for..
inspite of repeated calls to there customer care i dint get good response.wen i wantd to talk to superviser no one attended my call n my call was put on hold n finally disconnected. its very harrassing bein customer of such a big telecom company.

my name is abdul khadar desai.I am having vadafone life time validity plan, on 1st aug 2009 i was recieve one sms to reduce call rates to 50ps by recharging 149rupees but after that iam trying to recharge for getting this offer but there is no response.I have visited custamar-care office of belgaum but they told this is not applicable for you and you call vadafone custamercare from that day iam daily calling but they says we are cacelling your old plan after that you can recharge, but still they have not cancelled it

Vodafone — Decactivation of subscription for JOB

on[protected] inadvertatly clicked and got registered on subscription for JOB. Having realised by return message, I sent SMS immediately at 20.11 on 54701 to deactivate the subscription for JOB but got reply reads as under:

U tried to change your ur profile to Deactivation request sent on 3/08/09 @20.11 There are no results for this profile. Try specifyig something different Eg. bpo O yr Banglore java develpoer 1 yr pune banking 2 yrs mumbai.

I sent tow more SMS but till date no deactivation. I am disturbed by SMS on job. Not able to reach through phone also. Visiting gallary get answer, it will be done but when not replied.

I did my recharge on 13 - 08 - 09 of Rs.100. The serial no. of the voucher is [protected].
When for the first time I entered the pin, it showed that it was not valid. Then again did the same thing and it was done. But the balance was deducted to Rs. -7.36 from Rs. 97 when I checked the balance.
I lost my Rs. 100.

Kindly return back my money or recharge my account with Rs. 100.

i had activated vodafone health aleart than i deactivated it.but this alert activate atomatically without sending activation request.it had happened four times and Rs 120/- has been deducted.

Vodafone India — money deduction without cause

My cantact no. is [protected] and my complaint is that vodafone deducted Rs.30 (twice) without any cause.I strongly recommend that-:

VODAFONE is only a FRAUD COMPANY nothing else. There mind set now a days is to replace Hutch posters etc with the new vodafone.

My personal openion now is ONLY BSNL in India is providing the best services rest ALL ARE USELESS, Government Organizations are even better than Vodafone.

I strongly recommend that NoOne should go for their CHEAP & ROUGH Services else you will get your money to the DUSTBIN.

Vodafone — Improper Money deduction

On 5th Aug, I got a call from vodafone representative saying that my STD rate has been dropped to 1RS for "two" months. But today, when I made an STD call, I was charged 1.50 RS. When I called their customer care representative "six" times and they didn't have proper answer. I requested them to transfer my call to their Team Lead, but every time they transferred, it was dropped. I am felling like an after using your service for 2 years.

I am M A Lateef one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care ... Kindly refer to my complaint no. [protected] dated[protected]. After 5 days I receved a sms saying that "based on your feedback your complaint dated 01-sep-2009 has been resolved". But please note that nothing has been done to attend my complaint, they have simply sent the message, I am still unable to make a outgoing call to TATA DOCOMO, particularly to [protected], even though I get a incoming call from this no. Whenever I call customer care they say no problem from this side, then where is the problem?????? this is very bad service. I am your valuable customer for the past 4/5 years. When I make a call to [protected] your network says " please check the no. you have dialled and after that one meassage is displayed that this no. does not exist" but I do get the incoming call from this TATA DOCOMO no.
Can you sincerly try to solve the problem?. Hope you will do the needful at the earliest, otherwise I may have to go for some other company.

Hi,
Suddenly Vodaphone SMS came some long digit number along with some alphabets. After that, GPRS and MMS settings came. After that 2-urls came. After that SMS came like "I hope you saved the GPRS& MMS settings.
The above thing happened without my notice.
I don't know how it happened. I don't know ho-mach it deducted.
Note:- I am using very old Motorola C118 peace.
This is the story...of ...Poor maintanence Vodaphone story.
My dear all...if you r careful also without your notice only some times things are happens.
Be prepare mentally.
