[protected], a prepaid customer from Calcutta, I want to say that, last in the middle of April month vodafone deducted Rs 5 from my account every day and i received a msg that the cricket info service is activated on your account, i have not send them any message to activate cricket info, after two or three days i tried to talk to customer care, he said your number is activate cricket info. I don't understand why do this things. my Rs 10 or 15 was forfieted.
my second complain last september month vodafone deducted Rs 45 from my account and i received a msg that the caller tune service is activated on your mobile number, i have not send them any message to activate caller tube, that time i talk to customer care, he said your number is activate caller tune. why do this things every time. my Rs 45 was forfieted. so i just want to say to vodafone return my deducted amount or please dont do that things again again.

Vodafone — Rs. 60/- looted from my account
Rs.60/- looted by activating caller tunes without any request. When I enquired about this their nonsense executives told me that there is no way they can enable caller tunes without request. Then the real trick. Because of an unwanted caller tune, the customer sends out a deactivation SMS for which they are charged 15 Rupees. Many persons tend to ignore this amount becasue they do not monitor their bills much. Maybe only 20 % of people monitor this. Rest don't. That means Vodafone manages to dupe lakhs of people of 15 rupees every month. Imagine the illegal profit they make out of customers hard-earned money. Request all of you to lodge public interest litigations in this regard. These foreign companies should not be allowed to come to India and cheat Indian public this way. They cannot do anything like this in USA or Europe, becuase that would cost them millions of dollars as fine. They can afford to do such corruption in India because of government support in the corruption activities. Please, for god sake, do not spare these corporate cheaters. Vodafone — Balance getting credited daily
I am using Vodafone network. Daily I am getting SMS from 54999345 saying " Unable to process your request " and Rs3/- is being deducted from my account regularly. I have made complaints several times but no one is responding. Vodafone is not at all consumer friendly. Their 24/7 help line is useless. My phone got deactivated with out informing me and says documents not reached vodafone office. In fact I submitted the documents twice to their own store, not even any dealer. They simply lies and a very inefficient bunch of people are handling complaints. Kindly go away from vodafone. Jacob Chacko . [protected]

My balance was deducted twice since morning on august 1 2011. Both the times Rs. 20 were deducted. Initially my balance was ~Rs 73 but then it was deducted to 36.626. i made a call at vodafone care 111 but they asked me to dail 124. At 124 they say that the service is not available.I own the right to knw for what reason my balance has been deducted. Whatever the situation may be, i want my balance back at the earliest. If we send an sms for Porting Id no since from 1 month still we have not got the porting code number. Customer care executives just convenience us telling that in 24 hrs UPC code will be sent, but we didnt get revert. so kindly request you to send the UPC code at the earliest to my number

I have not downloaded any internet service but still Vodafone is deducting Rs.100 for that and when I called up the customer care they are saying that i have activated net on my mobile but i know that i have not...if it continues like this i will leave Vodafone service and take up some other connections

Sir,I'am Srikanth.c.r & using airtel prepaid sim card number [protected].Recently aittel personnel had deducted 8.00rs from my balance so when i enquired about this deduction they said i have activated devotional pack,but i had not activated anything & did not get any of the contents of the pack what they said so after checking & verifying everything they refunded 4.00rs only & said it was too late to do anything about the remaining 4.00rs,so why these kind of problems do occur & how do we take care of such problems,please do give a solution for these kind of problems & put an end for these kind of mistakes happening in your company as ultimately consumer is the one who will suffer for all the mistakes commited.vodafone-India — Wrong balance deduction
Myself Sudarshan Jadhav, i have been wrong charged due use of GPRS. here am attached one sample page of my usage details. Which clearly shows that my debit in KB was 5.1 KB for this the Vodafone company were deducted my 5.1RS which was actuallyonly 0.05RS.on the basis of 10PS/10KB. I have total wrong charged nearby 200RS.

3) Also Pls note when we discusses with Area Manager of our side ( Mr. Tarun Bhartwaj contact no. is [protected]) for my first Problem then they said pls gone to Head office and proceed your docs when your docs approved then vodafone comp. paid your lost time money 310/- rs after approved docs they paid 310 /- and abuse me and said vodafone comp. have not intrusted to working in future .And then he told us we want said to our prob.anywhere you can not do anything . Please advise.
4) Also Pls note when going to Vodafone ganuan office for my Prob. Purpose minimum 10 times gone to here but they have no solution (officer Contact no.[protected], [protected], [protected])

Greivance:-I had recharged my a/c with 3 recharges of Rs. 100 each before 3 Nov. 2011.In all these recharges,I found that undue amount was being deducted from my a/c.When I contacted the Customer Care,they told me to send DCT VL on 144,since they told me that it was due to GPRS(Vodafone Live) usage.
But I know that I have not been using Internet since very long time on my mobile Nokia E5.And also I also checked that no active internet connection was there on my mobile.
Still I messaged as advised,but even after the service was deactivated(I got a reply message that your service Vodafone Live has been deactivated within an hour), amount of Rs. 62(approx.) was cut from my a/c on 3/4 Nov. 2011.
I called back the customer care,they admitted that the service has been deactivated,still the amount was cut.They told that the matter has been passed on to the higher authority.Then tried calling back the customer care,but I could not as this service was also not available to me now??
I then approached the Ghaziabad Vodafone Care Centre and registered my complaint with ref.[protected],they told me that they will get back to me within 24 hours,but I got no reply till 3 days.
I tried calling the Nodal Officer Sushma Khanna on her phone regarding this matter,but her phone is always on waiting or either it is cut the moment the ring tolls.
Same happened when I tried calling the Applet Officer Mr. Vivek on his mobile,even if the bell rings,no one picks up the phone.
Then I went to the same Ghaziabad Vodafone Office and Mr. Ashish.He told me to send this mail to you.And advised me to send VMC DEL on 56789,after which he said that there would be no deduction in balance on account of internet.
I did that,but after all this,the same thing is happening.
I am not using internet in any way and I have checked there is no active internet connection.
I feel really harassed.This no. is very important to me as I have given this no. to all my clients.
I want this issue to get addressed as immediately as possible.Please refund my balance on this account.And most important of all,please stop your system from getting the amount deducted from my balance.
For finer tracking of my complaint,I am forwarding the copy of this mail to the Consumer Forum.
If you resolve this issue at the earliest,I would be really relieved.
I have also formatted my mobile.
I checked that the vodafone mobile connect is connecting by itself even after ending the connection repeatedly
by me.
I had already deactivated mobile connect by sending VMC DEL to 56789.
But now also,the balance is deducting.
This is ridiculous.This is really fraudulent on the part of Vodafone.
Please address this immediately.
Vodafone Prepaid — deducted my balance and given false assurance of refund
Hello,My vodafon number is [protected].
I am really very upset with bad service and false assurance given by vodafon again and again regarding complaint number [protected]..
On 19th november i got vodafon 16rupee pack (internet pack) activated.
after i got sms that my pack is activated i used net but after some time it stopped working and when i checked my balance of 328 rupee was nil. So i did a complaint to the customer care.
the customer care officer checked and agreed that yes it was some technical problem from vodafon. I got a assurance that money will be given back to me in 2 days.
next day i got sms that due to some problem my complaint was not processed. so i again called customer care and this time customer care (on 24th november) person forwarded the call to this superior officer. after the discussion he too agreed to refund the amount. upon asking he said that i will be getting money back in 1 day and there is no need for new complaint number
again after 3 days no response and the money is not refunded
I am feeling really cheated by vodafon.
Vodafone — Refund of caller tune subscription amount deducted twice in a day
Hi,Once again I m facing issues with vodafone. Today I have subscribed for a caller tune I got message with three options. I chose one out of it, in few mins got a message informing service activated and how I can deactivate the same. My balance deducted by 45 rupees. I check the tone by calling from my another number, bt that tone was not as I was thinking. I deacivated as told in that message. Again chose different option out of earlier three options. This time the tone is correct. But My talktime again reduced by 45 rupees. As per talk with a customer care executive he told me that once you deactivate the service and activate again it will charge you again. My concern is if Vodafone has given me less than 5 minutes service for earlier tone how they can charge me for whole month? Technically the system is correct but the info given by that executive is not in that message received when activated. I should get a refund of that amount as company is not goig to give me any service against that amount.
