I have taken a som card from vodofone for my wife .They did activate the card but again it was deactivated after few claimed that signature did not match with the one on passport.So I resubmited the documents.Still I am waiting for reactivationindividual /home — improper bill ,no response from c.o.
suddenly i got broad band bill of rs 1996/- despite same use bill is showing 2300 mb use no one concerned telling what happened .on web it shows permissiooon not granted or web site not opening not able to check user detail .i donot know what to say such people &such service. ph.no.[protected], tirumalgiri secunderabad.andrapradesh I, Mrs. Sumita Mazumder, am a prepaid lifetime customer of Vodafone ([protected]).They deducted Rs. 383.30 from my account on basis of activation of any service which I never opted for.
In spite of repeated calls to there customer care I dint get good response. When I wanted to talk to the supervisor no one attended my call and my call was put on hold and finally disconnected. It is very harassing being a customer of such a big telecom company.

I m using vodafone in Panchkula. My balance was deducted on 20th feb for the services MCI that I have never opted? I dont know even about this service MCI, then why i will opt this service. My number is [protected]. I had regestered a complaint for claiming my balance back on 21st feb. Vodafone customer care executive told me that my balance will be back with in 24 hours and my complaint number is [protected] . Now 3 days has passed, still i havnt get my balance back. After that i went to vodafone store manimajra. They said that my complaint was not regestered and yesterday my contact to customer care was also disconnected. Now i m not able to contact customer care. Vodafone is a big company, then why are they behaving like this with there customers. Its not the matter of only getting my balance back. But its the matter how you behave with your customers. So its my request to vodafone to give me my balance back, so that my trust on vadafone shall always remain.

I did online recharge using your http://www.vodafone.in/Pages/index.aspx site to [protected] ...I have selected Karnataka (which is correct) and YES BANK. I chose 201 rupees full talk time 30 day validity option. I filled up the information, it redirected to YES BANK I filled up my customer ID and Password. I typed 201, clicked the only option, I got password SMS to my another number ([protected]) tagged with YES BANK account, I typed the password, did the transaction to Vodafone BILLDESK. I recieved confimation page with confirmation number (54508). My cell is not yet recharged. I rechecked by filling confirmation number and my cell number in vodafone site. It said id is invalid, even I called your cutomer care(111) 6 times. First agent told me to wait for 1 hour, 2 agent told me to wait for 24 hours, 3rd agent told me to half an hour to recheck it. 4th agent told me to wait for 2 hours that an update is going on, 5th agent told me to wait again, and told if recharge not done then ur money ll be taken back to my YES BANK account.
WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON TO REACHARGE JUST 201 rupees.
EITHER VODAFONE OR YES-BANK ONLINE THINGS ARE NOT WORKING WELL

Vodafone Prepaid — improper deduction of balance
hi,i m anshul agrawal prepaid customer of vodafone and my mobile no is [protected]. on 16-mar-2009 you deducted my balance by 31 rs. please inform me why you dedated. i don't apply for any other services.please check it it and reture that balance into my perpaid account.
Vodafone — Complaint - Vodafone
Dear Sir,In February I received SMS from Vodafone that if I pay my bill before due date, I'll get some discount on my next bill. I paid my bill on 27/2/2009 before due date which was 28/2/2009 but I didn't get any discount in my March bill.
When I called customer care they said that it was lucky draw scheme but in SMS it was not mentioned. Discount amount is not important but the fraud they are doing with thousand of customers matters.
Please take some action.

This is with reference to my Vodafone connection, I had purchased on the 15th of April 2007 ffrom Delhi for a price of Rs 2100/-. According the Plan I was offerred the following tariff:
V2V - 50 p
V2O – Re 1
STD – Rs 1.50
Recently I went to a Vodafone Store wherein I was given a “THANK YOU CARD”, free of cost as a special gift stating that it will add to the benefits of my plan.
After I dialed to avail of the benefit of the Special Gift to my utter surprise instead of giving benefit, I was penalized and without my acceptance my local call rates were increased as follows:
V2V - Re 1
V2O – Re 1
STD – Re 1
I constantly called Vodaphone office from the 16th March asking for a justification and reason for the change in call rates without my prior knowledge, I was asked to call the next day so that their accounts are updated. On the next day none of the executives were able to find the actual reason for this change of Plan. On the 18th I was suggested to go to a vodafone store at Preet Vihar. On my visit there, after waiting for almost an hour, I was informed that my query would be resolved within 24 hours. After waiting for the stipulated time, I received no response from their end so I called the customer care. I had a word with the floor supervisor Mr Rajinder who informed me that the revised call rates were due to recharging with the Thank You card. When I informed him that I am a local Student and do not make STD Calls his behaviour was very Rude and Shocking and he disconnected the Phone by saying that recharging with the Tahnkyou Card was my fault.
I feel I have been Cheated By offering a Thankyou Card as there was no written or verbal warning on the Thank you card which has not only put me to Financial Loss but also Mental harassment as being a student and my Examination are due I can not afford the present Call rates. Because of the Call rates I had Spent Rs 2100/- initially to accept this Scheme.
As such type of behaviour is not Expacted from a Multi National Company Like VodphoneI, I request you to revert Back my Orignal Plan and Call rates without Delay which were prevailing prior to offering Thankyou Card.

All o[censored]s dissatisfied customers should file a case is our District (local) Consumer Forums. It is very easy and it does not take much time. This will bring Vodafone to it's senses and they will stop harassing us like this. It is effective and it works!! Please take time and do this. This way we will hopefully get basic services from Vodafone.
Vodafone — false commitment and fraud
Sir,I am using vodafone for over three year and my no is [protected] and based on my usage I have recieved a call from the vodane for migration from prepaid to postpaid, and they have given me a plan of Rs149 but i was not interested in that plan and i told that if you provide me free gprs service that is i will not be charged surfing charges of 10p/10kb together with all my message balanes is to be transfered to my postpaid account then only i am going to opt for postpaid otherwise not. Accordingly the vodfone representative committed that ok we will be providing you the above facilites. so i have migrated to postpaid and a was asked to pay a security deposit of Rs.300. Now after 15 days they are saying that this facilities cannot be provided to you . so i aksed them to restore my prepaid account or else provide me that service but they told me that this facilites cannot be provided to you so i asked them to restore my prepaid account and accordingly approval for postpaid to prepaid is done but they are not ready to return my security deposit and restore my prepaid accoun and every time i visit vodafone store they told your request is forwarded to the concern department but still myn request is not taken careoff and they asking me to go to the concern person who had made the commitment and this call i have recived in february 9 of this year and since then i am ruuning after vodafone store but they are not taking this thing seriously.
