Vodafone — After paying bills ,every evening they bard the lines...
Hello,I am a vodafone user since some time and i have always on various occasion faced some very unprofessional, pathetic, disgusting service standards from the company of this reputation world wide and i can UNDERSTAND IT MAY BE DUE TOP THE FACT THAT THIS IS IN "INDIA". just to mention i have my due date for submitting my bill i opted for ESC.
In regards to the above inconvenience i have few questions which i am seeking answer to which are as follows:-
1 Why my phone was barred 4 -5 times as i have opted for ECS due to miscommunication from vodafone bank the amount for my both numbers didn't got deducted.
2.The Collection guy came and collected my pmt and he assured that lines will not get bard, but at the same day evening lines got bard.after contacting to that executive he manage to start the lines.
Next day Morning from 9 am i started getting call for the payment of the bills and my lines are getting bard from the evening.This is going on till date and from last night they have not started my lines its almost 17 hours.The tone and the language used by the executive who called me was pathetic, it like you are paying the vodafone to insult you.
3.When i tried to explain to the customer service people they seems to have alack o[censored]nderstanding and shortage of commonsense and IQ with no skills of customer service what so ever.they said you refused to give the payment and thats the reason your lines are bared i requested to take the receipt number and update in database so my lines will start, he refused to do that and he disconnected the call.
4.As my creadit limit i have not crosed they cant bard my lines with out informing me, and when we try to collect the information the Vodafone CS executive inlsult you and and without informing me they disconnected the phone expecting me to be a physic to understand that the limit has been decreased from the last limits.
5. How in this modern ear we xpect to use the service of such a company which gives nothing but the inconvenience to its customers.
I will see to it that very soon i will change my all CUG group connections to another servicec provider, I dont expect this kind of service after paying the bills.

Vodafone — My Cell No.9828296330 trasfer to other customer without prior information

This is further to my talk with your customer care executive regarding my mobile number [protected] (life time) transfer to another customer without any comunication with me. Your executive given me 2 hrs to sort out the issue but its already 2.3 hrs left but I didnt receive any call from your side.
May I know its reason? I cant understand how can you share my number with another person without any notice hence my correspondence address is already with you.
Please treat this on top priority otherwise I have to claim it through cosumer court. My many important calls comes on that number hope you can understand my feeling and condition.

Vodafone — Outgoing stopped without intimation - 9619183222
Dear Sir,I am a new customer to Vodafone. My first bill was paid during Jan 2009 forst week. My second billing date is 18th Jan 2009. I recd. a sms saying my bill is dispatched for Rs.1042.85 due on 5th Feb 2009.
The next moment my outgoing was stoped saying that i crossed my limit. After calling customer service i understood that my limit was Rs.900. What I am asking is, when my limit was nearing Rs.900 why it was nt intimated so that i would have paid / taken precation in making calls. Why they havedisconnected suddenly when I was in a important meeting and i was trying to call a customer to a important discussion. Rs.1042.85 is not a big money for us to pay, but why Vodafone is mentally torturing us by this way. How can we keep tracing whether we are crossing our limit or not. Please start my outgoing immdly and I will pay my dues promptly before due date.
