Vodafone — Unlimited calls from caller Executives
I am a Vodafone user for the past 6 years, i have a post paid connection. I feel there is no coordination between the collection agencies or the executives calling us for the payments. In just 5 minutes i got a call from three different executives from vodafone for the payment, though i told the very first executive to collect the payment & told her the address & time. I'll not keep telling them the same thing again & again, leaving my important work aside.I request vodafone to try n maintain records & tell their executives to have coordination & call whenever needed

I have a scheme under which I do Rs. 31 recharge per month and get my STD call rates slashed to Rs. 1.
Last month on 9 January, 2009 these people deducted Rs. 31 themselves from my balance amount.
Since I already had that Rs. 31 recharge coupons so I called at the customer care and the executive who talked to me said that you can deactivate that new scheme of automatic deduction by Vodafone and go on and recharge yourself.
I cancelled that scheme and was not paid back Rs. 31 in my balance .
Then I called back again and some other executive was on line.
He said that we have not deduted your 31Rs. and only 1 Rs. we deduct each day so we did not put back into your balance.
Now today, 11 Feb, 2009 Vodafone again cut 31 Rs. from my balance amount.
When I called the customer care, Ajay Shamsunder Mishra recieved the call and informed me that they always cut 31 Rs from people who have more than balance of 31 and 1 Rs. per day for people who have less balance.
I was shocked to know that even after cancelling I was charged for that service last month.
And then I had recharged again with that coupon on 12 January, 2009
So ended up paying Rs. 62 for the same service
These people are sitting there fooling around the customers.
Instead of guiding them they are misguiding them.
What will they inform the customers if they themselves lack the full information of their schemes.
One person tells me to cancel the scheme, other tells I have only been charged one rupee per day and actually I had paid Rs. 31
After 1 month third executive blames me for cancelling the service and says you pay even if you cancel.
This is ridiculous.. I mean why are they charging for the same service twice.

Vodafone — Network problem including worst customer assistance
This is Gaurav Sharma from mohali working in IT company facing huge problem regarding vodafone network(which i am using [protected]) & worst n busiest customer service.I am facing the prob of continoue disconnection of calls (both incoming & outgoing) with in 1 min duration from last month, but no body is able to solve this prob, no time duration of solution of prob & worst service.
I have faced a huge loss, inconveniency...I have more nos [protected] and [protected] who are facing same prob////plz do needful help as i want to register complaint n even case on this company...
