Vodafone — Non refund of the recharge amount

I had done the online recharge for the mobile using the online transaction. The amount of Rs 175 was reduced from my citibank account, i have given the payment trasaction ID to vodafone[protected]by email, phone compalint, personal visit to Vodafone store), they have told me that due to some vodafone sytem problem recharge did not happen hence the money will deposited back to my account after 4 working days (by 20 Feb 2009), so far they have not deposited the money, hence this complaint.

Hi Sir,
I have used vodafone postpone connection 7 months back.
While closing the connection i have called vodafone customer care
and request for cancelation at that time i dont have nay dues on mynumber.
But yesterday i have recived a notice that you have due of 853 ruppes and
you should pay within 7 days otherwise our clinet will take appropriate civil
and criminal action. I have called to vodafone customer care for calrifing same
but they are saying that they dont have any information of my number.
i do not know what to do please advice for the same.

Vodafone — phone dead and internet problem

dear sir

i want to draw your kind attention that my phone no 27844407 which is installed at my address ..plot no 44 new colony naya bans delhi 82 is dead from 23-02-09 . i have already made complaint at no 1500 vide complaint no[protected]dated[protected] but no action taken till date and i think that mtnl provided poor service. it is therefore requested to sought out the problem as earlier as possible.
