I face a similar situation.
I a view to support the customer :
(a) the service provider of the customer so affected by such calls (number identified) should initiate steps on the basis of request such as call barring from an identified number which is the source of such calls.
(b) on intimation to the service provider of the number which is accused o[censored]sing vulgar language, after verification, the service provider should issue warning notice to the erring customer and if the complain persists, should first disconnect the connection on disciplinary grounds.
(c) on the basis of FIR, within the ambit of civil law and telecom regulations, the erring customer should be taken to task.
Point (a) and (b) is what is more important as this would curb many incidents.

Vodafone — Missuse of My Number 9711441197

Dear Sir/Madam,
Myself Amit Kr Dedha I have purchase 2 Vodafone numbers in June 2008.They are [protected] & [protected], I was using both numbers till December 2008in prepaid scheme.In Dec2008 I have visited Vodafone Store Noida Sec-18.I've request for my Vodafone number [protected] migrate into Postpaid on 22 Dec'2008.But that time it was not activate.I went again to know about my request they told me I have arrears of Vodafone for number [protected].Some outstanding amount due on me of this number after that I;ve made payment that time and my number [protected] has been activated.After 3 days services of this number [protected] has barred.After 2-3 days I was try my number [protected] it was ringing and the person Mr.Ravinder Kumar pick the call and said he is owner of this number while all details of this number on my name and adress & id.He blamed me that I've activated this number by fraud while I am AMIT KR DEDHA and I have both number last 7 months.After that many times I went to Vodafone Store Noida with my original docs and I also submit my docs for veryfication but everybody missguide me and I could not activate my number, but he is using this number in Prepaid scheme and he is a Vodafone Employee.He is using power and sourses against me.I have also my Vodafone Postpaid Sim of [protected] and that person activate my number in Prepaid scheme from Okhla Branch on my name and details.I've also a Police Complaint against this number .Both numbers on my name till date and [protected] numer is at my home for family use.[protected] using by somebody pls help me for give my Vodafone number [protected].

Vodafone — NO PROPER SERVICE

Vodafone, CUSTOMER HARRASSMENT EXECUTIONER CELL NUMBER DELHI ZONE-[protected]
I was in Delhi for studies, when I took 8 yrs back HUTCH connection it was one of the most costly service providers but network connectivity was supposed to be much better., like a faithful dog it didnot follow me.. though.
Then 4 yrs back they automatically upgraded (IT WAS ACTUALLY DOWGRADING), my vodafone prepaid to postpaid, there was no way to argument I thought it would be better one.I was fooled by these bunch of . Now. when I moved out of Delhi I have been paying vodafone post paid monthly bills for past 3 months without able to cancel the connection. I have tried to speak with them, if lucky I get to talk to customer harassing executive who does not know the answer or he has been told not to reveal or inform on how to cancel your postpaid connection. He says connects and we keep on listening damn vodafone ad tune and .. connection is last. With determination just to ask 'how to cancel my post paid connection' I had made 4 successful calls upto customer harassment officer but never able to get proper solution. I ended up with other unwanted options like safe custody, life plan post paid.., converting other plans.
IF ANY OF OUR FRIEND IS LAWAYER LET US ENGAGE HIM OR WHOLE FIRM TO FIGHT THESE BAD MNCs. I AM READY TO PAY MONTHLY 1, 000 RUPEES TOWARDS LAWYER'S CONTRIBUTORY FUND

actually my problem is related in prepaid connection with national sms service vouchers.

Pls provide national sms vouchers...because in all connections idea, aircel, airtel whatever it is...this service providing...but not in vodaphone...why?

I was using vodaphon prepaid connection, but now i m using aircel prepaid connection (49rs.- 300 local & national sms service free providing)

Pls Do needful for your customers...
