the vodafone customer care is really irritating thing.. i just called up vadafone to give a complaint that i am not able to send or receive any msg... sometimes making calls also is a big prob... and they said that they have registered the complaint and gave me a code for future reference... and the problem would be sorted out within 24 hours... but all in vain... there was no change at all... when i tried calin the customer care i wasnt able to reach them.. I got pissed off... i get the same menu coming back again but i wasnt connected to the executive.. may be dat ws jus the trick of those customercare executives.. each time i tried to call up... i jus hated that tone sayin... v r happy to help u... that was all crap... vodafone is really useless...

i was getting calls from last six months from vodafone regarding add on number. when i said that i want add on number. an executive came to me (named chand, contact no [protected]) from Fast track add: A-21/8 naraina ind. area phase II, new delhi-110028. he told me that upto rs. 500 there will be no charge and you can surrender this number after one month and your security money which is Rs. 250/- will be refund within a week. rhen i got a call from custome care they said that this was totally fraud and you have to use this number.when i talked to that company named fast track they said that "do whatever you can do" i m not using this number. kindly refund my money, else i have to go to cunsumer court.

I have been a customer of Vodafone for the last 2 years and had been listed on the talk 249 plan The plan was subsequently added internet activation without my prior approval with On lodging a complaint I was told that a customer care executive had spoken to one Azhara zaheer Khan supposedly in last week and then changed the plan. I had written and lodged a complaint on 11.04.09, it has been more than 7 days and the issue still has not been resolved as the customer care dept person has been on long leave. Their Happy to serve is a misnomer and is frankly a way of frustrating their customer over and over again.
