MYSELF SUMIT BHATIA LAST WEEK I BOOKED VOLKSWAGEN VENTO THROUGH ONE OF THEIR SALES REPRESENTATIVE MR.NITIN AGGARWAL -[protected] FROM FRONTIER AUTOWORLD D-192 OKHLA INDUSTRIAL AREA PHASE -1 BRANCH . I TOLD NITIN THAT I AM CONFUSED WHETHER I WILL GO FOR VENTO OR NOT , STILL HE INSISTED ME TO ATLEAST BOOK THE CAR. HE ALSO OFFERED ME DISCOUNTS ON THE CAR I BOOKED . HE SAID WE WILL GIVE YOU THE CAR AT A PRICE OF 9.41 LAKH ON ROAD WITH ALL ACESSORIES .SO I GAVE HIM A CHEQUE OF Rs. 10000/-AS HE SAID WE WON’T BANK THE CHEQUE UNTIL & UNLESS YOU CONFIRM US .BUT HE IMMIDIOATELY BANKED THE CHEQUE .FIRST OF ALL HE BANKED THE CHEQUE WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND ALSO LATER I CAME TO KNOW THAT INSTEAD OF GIVING ME DISCOUNTS ON THE CAR I BOOKED WHAT HE DID WAS HE REMOVED SOME ACESSORIES WORTH RS.35000/- FROM THE LIST WHICH I WAS TOLD I WILL BE GETTING.WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT THIS WAS NOT THE DEAL WHICH HE HAD OFFERED ME AND TAKEN THE BOOKING AMOUNT,INSTEAD OF APPOLOGISING HE STARTED MISBEHAVING WITH ME. HE USED VERY ABBUSIVE WORDS WHICH I CAN’T EVEN MENTION.HE ALSO MENTIONED THAT IF YOU CANCEL THE BOOKING OF THE CAR “MAIN TUJHKO TERE GHAR SE UTHWA LUNGA”.
=>IS THIS THE WAY TO SELL AND ACQUIRE CUSTOMER ??????
=>IS THIS THE TRAINING GIVEN TO THEIR SALES DIVISION?????
IF THEY MAKE CUSTOMERS BY WRONG SELLING AND MISS COMMITMENT ,THE WAY MR .NITIN DID IN MY CASE ,I AM VERY HAPPY THAT I HAVE TAKEN CORRECT DECISION TO CANCEL MY BOOKING & I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO GO FOR VOLKSWAGEN DUE TO YOUR SERVICES.
I HAVE SPEAK TO HIS BRANCH MANAGER MR.HIMANSHU TANDON-[protected] AND MR. NITIN ACCEPTED INFRONT OF HIM TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED HARASSMENT CAUSED TO ME AND HE HAS MISBEHAVED WITH ME .I HAVE ASKED MR. HIMANSHU TO TAKE SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST HIM AS THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO ATTEND CUSTOMERS .
KINDLY TAKE IMMIDIATE ACTION..
