Non- Delivery of Volkswagen Vento
Dear Team,
Booked a Vento in the month of Nov 2010(03/Nov/10)in chennai and till date
no response from the dealers end or the company.It is really sad to see an
MNC of this kind who does not care for their customers. I had been
following up with the dealers many times and they blame the VW company for
not deilvering the car on time and even called up the customer care many
times and complaint no is "*CAL6418*" and till now no response... It has
been nearly six months since i booked the car and still waiting for
it........
All i request is give me a solution:
1. Give me a Exact date when i can get my car (or)
2. Cancel the booking and get someother car from the market. (Will the
interest for the advance amt be pid by the company for 1 month)

cars pvt ltd coimbatore tamilnadu at the date of 02.02.11
booking no: 32700 advanced Rupees 75.000.00 but no reply
from ur side about car dlivery the exact date
so please kind consider our request as soon as possible
