I own polo petrol ch.no.WVWJ1060GBT008629 it has covered 4000 kms.The car was purchased from Genuss chd.on[protected]. The rear shock absorver is apparently leaking and this thing was disclosed to service adviser in order to seek appointment on Ph. No. 3066666 on 18-07-11 who told we are too busy and come next week but didnt confirm day or date , I was willing to get it done this week itself as the car remains at Rohtak Haryana. I explained the problem that vehicle has been called specially for this repair and has to be send back by Friday. The service adviser told me to get it done at Karnal on way back.
Same day i called the dealership again to get Ph.No.of Karnal dealer and to talk to VW North Zone Service Head Iwas told they dont have the no. and gave me Karnal no. [protected]and helpline [protected] . Karnal people told me they dont have the part
in stock. Then i called helpline 1800.......and on pressing 2 and on disclosing problem i was put on coonference with one Munish who was very humble and told me he will check and give callin 30 minutes .which i made after sufficiently waiting but he send an sms he is busy.
Isend him message on 19 july he replies take the car to karnal i told him they dont have stockof the part.Then i recieve call from karnal again that Chd. also has no stock. even the delivery was not smooth . The dealer is a cheat and no service at all .where the customer should go Vw has sold cars without having infrastructure and spares.thats worlds no 1 co treating the customers diffrently here only making fools and taking advantage of weak law enforcement.
