[Resolved] Volkswagen Polo — unsatisfied build quality and poor service

I have been using a VW polo for the past six months of which I had to spent around Rs.25k for its replacement of oil sump. i had noticed that the vehicle comes with a uncovered base of sump, however new vehicles are fitted with a protective shield. When I requested for the same accessory bI was asked to pay for the same. Now when that problem ha dbeen settled i noticed a crack on my windshield ( front). when I consulted a service person he says that is because of extreem exposure to sunlight. please note the tempereature of my locailty has never crossed 40 degree celcius. can't your product withstand this please check on the same and suggest me with a suitable remmedy.

Even I Have a polo 1.2 tdi PY 01 BB 27, oil sump has got damaged twice even in a normal speed breaker I have spent 30000 thousand apart from insurnce.their flat bed service is excellent but traveling with your family there is no assurance that you will reach your destination my veichel has started to rattle like swift I don’t find German engineering here
Germans expect for Prompt Response
Germans never responds to Indians in the matter of polo we are just Indians
Indian engineering with German technology, fit & Finish is required in India
VW a perfect German engineering for German roads
ABBRA Motors are their worst dealer compared to their other Dealers in TN

more than 2o car are same problem sump damage you sholud take care and no claim of insurance i will go court take action immaditley

I haev been going through the same problem repeatedly( Damage to Oil sump, even on normal indian roads resulting in an oil leakage.)
Quaite frankly im sick and tired of getting my car fixed again and again... there should definately be a protective metal plate on the indian Polos.
I had bought the car thinking that we could rely on volkswagen atleast to do their research before entering a market like india...
