My Car had met with an accident and it had been sent to the Service Centre to be repaired. The windscreen had broken down and the bonnet also had been hit. The Service Centre had the car for 3 weeks. The response from the Service Centre was very bad. The car delivery date had been postponed several times and finally when I receive the car, it was in a horrible state. The windscreen has not been fixed properly. I clearly do not understand if a re painting was performed how paint gets spilled all over the seats. The steering is making a horrible sound. I can't understand if how a reputed company like Volkswagen can provide such low standards of service. It is utterly disappointing. I never faced such problems with other Car Manufacturers and other Service Centre’s. I'm wasting so much of my time doing a follow up job on this. I cannot believe that a car can be delivered in such a state saying that it is perfect and as good as new. I’m actually shocked about the pace at which the service is being provided and also the kind of response I have got from the Service Centre. It would be proper if someone looks into this and comes back with an appropriate response. My car is presently with the Service Centre again and I want my car delivered in a proper shape.
