Dear Sir / Madam.
I have taken Car Vento Highline Petrol Model in Month of May 2011. Car Reg No: MH-02-BR-0045 and Chassis No: WVWA11606BT034606. My car was not started once in OCT 2011. So I called up on toll free no and person came from their he did junk start. Then I took my car to KSM motors pvt ltd, vashi. Who is authorized service center of Volkswagen. I told them to check everything and give my car. They did check everything and return my car. Now again on[protected] car is not started so again I called up on toll free no and company ppl did junk start and this thing again happen on Sunday also.It means KSM Motors people have not done their work properly. I want you to take strict action against them.
I did complain on Volkswagen toll free no on[protected]. My complain no: CAL4761 and they told that company person will attend your complain within 48 hours but nobody has called me yet. I called so many times on toll free no but no same reply and no action taken by them.
So I think this is defeat car has given me so I request you to give me another car on urgent basis. And such a reputated company like you not provide a proper service it’s really surprise. If your company going to do like this I think every people will loose faith in your company.
So kindly request you to take this matter on urgent basis and solve the problem.
