I bought a brand VENTO DIESEL HIGHLINE delivered on 24th dec 2011 and found it to be a defective car with shivering and jerking felt on the left hand side on highway rides above 80 kms speed. we intimated the support team with great confidence but totally disappointed to hear irresponsible excuses like wheel balancing / alignment. how can the dealer / company say such reasons for a 2 day old car. Taken back for clearing the same again returned uncleared. Now the service center has the car at their yard and I had not enjoyed my new car for more than a week with me even after a month of delivery. The car was delivered by Elite Motors, Hosur Road Bangalore. I had done my attempts of replacing faulty manufacture and only compromise on a new car but not again the faulty car. I am going for a legal action and fight against the injustice on my hard earned money spend on the car and in no way can compromise with the same defective piece. I had tried my escalation of the issue with the dealer and they are no way supporting to the solution than redelivering the same car. I will be fighting for compensation for the stress and strain, about 12 lacs spend, and the car now enjoyed by the service center team at the yard to find out the issue and see how I am going to survive with the scrap out of their research.

volkswagen vento car — deposit amount not given back after complaint
I HAVE GIVEN 50000/rs AS DEPOSIT AMOUNT FOR VENTO SILVER CAR,BUT I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE SAME CAR IN TERRABEIGE COLOR.AT THAT TIME THEY REFUSE FOR DELIVERY OF THAT WITHIN 6 MONTHS.SO I BOUGHT THAT PROUDCT FROM MUMBAI.LAST 2 MONTHS I AM CONTACTING THEM ,THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY
