Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I have purchased a new Wolksvagon vento TDI highline from you on 22 Jan 2012 from Artica Automobiles Pvt Ltd. New Delhi, somehow i have been given a faulty car, which has a starting problem, the car has suddenly stopped on road o 16th Feb and then never started, i had called for roadside assistance on Wolksvagon toll free service assistance no. ([protected]) people from Artica Automobiles workshop came and collected the vehicle from me.
Till now they are not able to identify the problem in the car and not able to give any satisfactory answer, i have also complained to Dealer's representatives about it many times, i have not got any kind of response form the service representatives (Mr. Manish, Mr. Mukesh) at workshop, they never picked call and when i personally visited there then also i have not got and reply from them. i don't know when they will be able to return the vehicle.
This is causing me harassment and hampering my work to a great extend. this is heights of my patience and can not trust on Wolksvagon, Artica Automobiles Service and the Vento anymore. also there is no point in taking the faulty car back.
Kindly suggest what i can do now.
