Website: They told me phone is out of warranty but it is not may be thata manufacturing problem
I brought coolpad's cool 1 in march 2018. After 2-3 month display shows black grid-like dead pixels sometime. Then i tried to find out service center near me so i get that in october when i see this update in a website. I immediately go for service and i gave bills and everything that they need. When i got there they told me that i need to wait for 30 minutes for checking the phone. He told me that there is no water or liquid damager they say one supporter for display ribbon cable was not found. He refuses to take my phone for warrenty. I told him i never go for warranty this is my first time and i never opened this device physically. Still he refuses. I attached photo with this mail please check it out. I contact with servral manufacturers they told me that this kind of problem strat from manufacturing. They told me that some workers forgot to put that on your phone. They also told me that tell to coolpad about that.
Right now i am facing too many problems right now because this phone please solve my issue fast as possible. I already contacted with coolpad about that they told me to sent a mail.
