Sir i purchase a new mob hand set from amazon.in cool pad mob. But this is not working proper i have loss my importent datas for this resson again same problom is creat in mob. My bussnise is suffring from this reason. So i do not want this hand set. Please give me another same cost mob. Or refund my payment. Atteched mob. I am from Sanjay Bhati Rajasthan's Ajmer district. I bought Kulaped Cool 1 set from Amazon. It has not happened even for a year and it is getting very hanging. How many times have it been restored, hanging out? So, take action against the stupid company
