Misbehaving and cheating

Not getting booking for stay after multiple emails since 7th Dec

My membership no. 779508. I bought the membership I'm 2019. Till now I have availed only 7 days 6 nights offer. Due to pandemic I couldn't book till 2021. I availed 6 nights 7 days in 2021. Took the payment and Not responding now.

They asked me to make the payment for booking hotel and flights. And after I made the payment, this person named Amit stopped responding my calls/emails/chats. I have to go to Maldives on 7th December and they ignoring all my calls/messages/emails.
I am following up with every email ID I had but looks like entire org is fraud.

Delaying Refund

Chis management has promised to refund my money in Feb 2022.Still they haven't processed it.All things are recorded over email.They have mentally tortured us a lot from so many past months....

No solution of a 4 months old Grievance

Address: Noida and Gurugram.

I was promised from CHIS to refund 15, 000 of interest part against the 5 yr plan purchased from them but now after 5 months they are not returning it and everything is recorded over the mail from CHIS.
No one from the senior members of the team look into to resolve the customer grievances.
I will not recommend anyone to avail the services of this company as I feels like cheated....

My membership id is CHISAKP780520 and my issue is this that I am getting regular fake promises from the customer care of country holiday inn.They are not providing any booking any reservation to given place and destination. I am just asking from last August 2022 but still they are just denying each and every request. At last I decided to withdraw my membership with country inn and need all my money back with compensation....

Holiday fake bookings

Last year i requested Mayfair(Goa) resort which was mentioned on your website and also shown to me during buying this membership.
I got the same response as you have mentioned below( the property is not active). I was embarrassed to take my family to an under average and unhygienic hotel.(booked by CHIS)

This year also i got the same response from your team when i asked to book KK Royal, Jaipur.

Bookings and flights delay

I book a holiday packages from country Holiday inn in September and pay them 96000 for vacation in Bali for 6 nights .
I pay money and book the package in September for 14 nov to 21 nov, but this company haven't share the vouchers till the last date and at end moment they cancelled my bookings saying technical reasons .now they are keep postponed they bookings everytime and not answering my calls and mails . I Want refund

This is the 100th time that I am trying to plan a holiday but again receiving a negative reply from CHIS. I have not been able to use a single night and all of my money has been wasted because of your false promises. While taking the membership, I was told that I will be able to roam all over India. Now everytime I ask for a holiday- it is either Shimla or jim corbett everytime.

They called us saying that we won vouchers and when we went to collect them they show us a holiday package they transfer money before we sign the agreement but we didn't agreed to some terms of the agreement and decide to not sign the agreement, so they said the money we gave which is 1 lakh 50 thousand will be refunded in three days but it's been 4 months and we still didn't get any refund.

Please be aware of this company, and be cautious while making any kind of payments to them. Your hotel/flight booking can get cancelled at any time after your payment is done even when you reach the destination it can be possible that you are without shelter in another country. This not customer oriented company at all, and not candidate for long term association.

Beware - fraud company

Will show thousand good things during sales, but will take sign on contract and they start misusing it. They will give you more than 40 nights, but if you can use even 15 nights will be appreciated. They have staff who dont know how to talk. Seems like hector are sitting there...

Its difficult to take booking CHIS. They have many excused

1. Location is inactive every time
2. Will talk on call and will request that this time we cant do, but will do next time. and next time again same excuse
3. target location has peak time so cant give booking

Fraud company

This company is fraud and expert in cheating customers. They have taken money on 10 September and don't have intention to give us flight tickets till now. Don't do this mistake of taking their membership you will regret and suffer a lot. Please play safe and don't ever enroll with this company....

Unethical behaviour - flight tickets not being issued after full payment
