Hi,
I have taken their membership in april 2018, and tried booking for manali, they said no rooms available, then tried mussoorie, no rooms available, then few more places like this none of them were available. During sales pitch, we were promised that we can book minimum 3 days before, but in actual we couldn’t get room even before 30 days. I would like to cancel my membership and want refund of money

Complaint marked as Resolved After I have filed complaint in consumer helpline and here, they called and then replied through mail on refund process though it took some time, but issue closed
I have also applied for refund after I came to know about their false promises about availing more than 1 room where ever and when ever I want. But they are not letting me cancel my membership by saying membership could not be cancelled. As per them the company has all the rights to cheat the customer but we can't cancel the membership because this is not a valid point for cancellation. I have not taken any booking from them yet.Please can you help me to know whom should I approach or how to get refund.
