Sir/Madam, this is ASHIF KHAN FROM RAIPUR. I worked for Hdfc Bank RAIPUR Main Branch as a Cani branch coex, actually my role was Contract Sales Executive. ( Not an On-Roll Job), my employee code was CA 31241.

Due to my personal problem and not satisfied with the work Environment, I quited the job on[protected], I also intimate my mentor manish sharma (M5247) asst branch manager on[protected] regarding resigination discuss but now in that time he is not accept my resigin letter

After that I did not get any call from HR Department, about my resignation. I want relieving letter from you. Please do the needed things to send my relieving letter my mail id. [protected]@gmail.com

    Hi Everyone :)) With reference to the wheeler loan application id no [protected], I have applied online two two wheeler loan, as per the online loan can be processed but as per the person working in Hubli branch (Prem) he says totally diff, customer care no's are just displayed to show they really don't work. I have tried to reaching the no's mentioned below around 10 times al the time same response that all are busy call after some time, As per online the application has proceeded 95% but there is 0 response from the bank. I am totally surprised, I have cleared al the terms mentioned in the online but I feel the person who guided me need more training on Banking. He just replied saying online is total diff and the process which is carried out in practical is totally diff. customer no's : [protected], [protected] al the time HDFC executives are Busy call after sometime Manger of the branch : Prakash Naganagoudar -[protected] no not getting connected.       Hi, I have my salary account in HDFC bank. I applied for an HDFC credit card on December 2010. We were total 5 colleagues who applied at the same time. We all worked in the same company and our present address was also same. Everyone got there cards except me. My application was rejected. When I asked for the proper reason the bank support team did not tell me anything properly. So I have been told to reapply after 6 months. When I applied again on around September 2011 (after 9 months) my application got rejected again with a reason that my name was still showing in the bank database in rejection list. So I waited for another 6 months and first I asked HDFC customer care whether my name is still in the database and it was still there. I wrote many mails to HDFC regarding this issue and they told me that their representative will call me. I got the call one day but they could not even find my customer ID in the system. After that till now I did not get any calls and following is the last mail from HDFC which I got on 7th Feb 2013. If I am not getting any response this time I am closing my account in HDFC.         Hello There, I received a gift card for my wedding but couldn't use the card since I left India few days after the wedding. I just noticed that the card status has been closed and is not active. The customer service representative said that I can't redeem the balance whatsoever. I think this is really unfair. I am not sure how to get my gift money back. Please help! Thanks!

          HI this is Ramesh Karaddi i have account in HDFC My A/C Number is [protected], when ever i go to HDFC ATM to recharge to my mobile number ATM through an error, and says that i have not register for this service, i don't know what i have to register even nationlised ATM never ask like this, one of MY friend who has Canara bank ATM recharged to his Mobile Number after getting ATM card whith in 20 Days, this is wrost service than i never seen.

            This is to bring into you kind notice that I Ankur Vij was having two Personal Loan Acc No[protected] and 14637459 from your HDFC Bank.I received a call from HDFC Bank Chandigarh to settle down my Loan Account[protected] and as agreed I started paying the installments as per your bank manager. • Rs 2500 in Cash on 30/11/2010 • Rs 2500 in Cash on 30/12/2010 • Rs 1000 in Cash on 31/01/2011 After these 3 payments in Feb 2011, Your bank manager told me to pay for the other Loan Acc[protected] as it has more dues and they told me for the final settlement of this loan in Rs 28000.So as agreed a settlement letter was issued with Serial no-200222 on 23 Feb 2011 in 2 installments of Rs 14000 Each against which first installment was given by me Rs 14000 in Cash on 28 Feb 2011 and on the time of second installment ie. In March 2011, they told me that sir you have given 14000 for this account, so there is some amount entered in this account, we will setlle it down after sometime, now you give us the payment for previuos account and as agreed I paid Rs 5000 in cash on 9 Apr 2011. And then they raised a final settlement of Acc no[protected] on Rs 8700 on 18 jul 2011 against which I paid full and final settlement amount of Rs 8700 in cash on 23 jul 2011. After that there was no communication from your bank regarding the previuos loan settlement status inspite of regular talks. Then I shifted to Delhi from Chandigarh and there was one manager from your bank in chandigarh used to call me and told me about the loan amount pending. I raised her the same issue but she was unable to solve the problem and told me that she will again raise a settlement letter but all in vain. Now in the month of September, your HDFC people again called me and said that you have not paid you loan and have to pay 64000 dues and after so many conversations they told me to pay Rs 30000, I have the concern that when I was paying you regularly that time your people to fulfill their internal targets misused my money accordingly to different loan accounts…this should not happen with anybody and now you are asking me to pay huge amount for your faults, . When you people have raise a settlement letter they should have added payments in that account only inspite of diff accounts… Please look into this matter and give some proper solution

                  I have account with HDFC bank and I used to use the credit card provided by them. The HDFC guys blocked my account having acct balance of 10, 500/ INR and later I got the message that it has been debited from my account without any written and verbal authorization from me. Also they didn't informed me about before blocking my account and they harresh me by saying that Go and borrow funds from your friend and make the payment. I told them that if I have money in my account why will I borrow it from someone else and Please release my account and send me your field officer to collect he billed amount or else I can make the payment online through net banking once account is released but they didn't release my account and without any further notification debited the amount from my account. This is not at all justified and its really frustrating, harresing both mentally and financly.

                  I will in any case not bear the inappropiate action taken by the bank and will fight back for my money.

                    In my Organisation one Employee (Mr. Anil) have taken HDFC credit card but, there was some misunderstanding between him (card holder) and HDFC. From HDFC Credit Card Dept., Delhi (perhaps any Agency) are calling to me and other employees whole day. I am being very frustrated.

                    When we talk to card holder (Mr. Anil) regarding this issue then he is saying that this problem is being discussed with Sr. Manager (Ms Babita) of HDFC.

                    Why Bank is calling other persons again and again?

                      I Vikram kagi having world MC card, no no [protected], whose credit limit was R 5, 00, 000, but to non usuage the card was blocked I have applied for address change on the 4th of this month at your kolhapur branch, and since then I have got horrible service, without anybody solving the issue. I have called the call center N number of times, but everytime I get different version 1st they told me the applications did not reach them after 15 days 2nd time they told me they could have done the address change online 3rd time they have told tme to just submit a application for renewing the credit limit, which was blocked, which made no sense as the card had expired . I need to leave abroad next month and need the card urgently, but to no avail I met one Ms Sheetal, who has been helpful and even took my application during her visit to kolhapur to pune, as she works in Pune, her Contact no is [protected], but till now the address change has not been Done and I have to apply for new card once this address change is done. Please look into the matter urgently and give me a solution

                        please find below attachment details of over limit charges Rs.500 taken by hdfc bank at 19/06/13 in fraud activity. reverse these over limit charges i have not got any information regarding these charges. this is wrong charges because i have usable credit limit in my credit card. before use credit card i have paid use amount in my credit card and amount has been deducted from my a/c [protected] then why you take these over limit chargs. why i will give these charges. revesre it back otherwise i will complaint to higher authority.

                            I am writing to get some help with regards to HDFC bank credit card collection practices. I hold a cc with them from 2007 which is now blcoked due to non payment. I have infmd them tht i am ready to go to the court as i am not able to make a full payment in one go. I am settled abroad and now they call my sisters work number and harass her. HDFC bank has all my details, includung my address and phone numer. I have asked them to send me the statements but they refuse to send me any and only say that i shd make a payment of the full amount, they also say they are not able to send me statement overseas. They contact my friends from facebook and try and threaten them for non payment. this is clearly legally not allowed. i look to get some help from you in this matter asap pls! The number i get a call from is [protected], person name ravindra thite. he abuses me and my family and wants all the money in one go. i have clearly told the bank, by contacting thme on facebook that i am ready to go to court. i have also spoken to a person called ashish from pune branch and told him he can send me a court notice and they are not supposed to contact anyone apart from me and tht too on my mobile which is registerted on my account by hdfc bank call centre in chennai. inspite of all this they still harass me. i am looking for some help in this matter.

                                On 21.09.2013 at around 12:00 pm i got a call from [protected] regarding an offer in relation to my existing HDFC credit card. It was been described that since i'am a regular customer and rarely use my reward points so a discount card has been offered to me which will carry a discount of 20 % in any purchase. Finally i came to know that i have to pay an amount of Rs. 6399, so I said no during the verification which came from Shiftthoughts.com. Soon after that the person named Jyotish Pandey a so called employee of HDFC bank called me again and told that the money has already been debited from my account and cannot be returned in any case. After repeated conversations I finally had to accept the offer forcefully and had to say yes to the verification call. The OTP has been generated from your bank. The messages are saved with me. Earlier I used to carry a good fortune about your company but now since I have been victimised to such a fraud so I must say that some of the bank members are also associated in the fraud. I don't know who is the actual culprit whether it is the HDFC bank or yatra.com or Shiftthoughts.com but finally the people like us are the sufferers. I’ve seen hundreds of such cases has been registered in consumer forum and most of them are in association with HDFC credit card. So its a threat and can happen to anybody. These things should be checked as soon as possible coz people are loosing thier hard earned money due to such frauds.

                                Today i have received a call from a number and the person introduced himself as he is from HDFC bank and he told that according to my CIBIL score earned for my HDFC credit card there is an offer available for the same. Also they told that this offer can't directly give from the HDFC bank but they can give through it another third person called 'Shiftthoughts.com'. The sequences are below,

                                Call 1: Person introduced himself as HDFC employee and offered me an false offer - I have to pay RS 6399 INR from my credit card then i can avail 20% of offer an any purchase excluding fuel and Gas charges bills. If i am ready they will connect the call to Shiftthoughts Team.

                                Call 2: A employee from Shiftthoughts Team called me and explained about the offer details and he told he will connect his call to his senior colleague.

                                Call 3: Again the CAll 1 [HDFC employee]person called me, here after you will receive two calls and you should not ask any queries to them and say yes to all their questions.

                                Details: After i close this call you will receive two more calls. For that they will credit 6399 INR from your HDFC account but the same will be adjusted from HDFC end to my credit card limit.

                                Call 4: Forcefully i have to say Yes for their questions and they took amount from my account

                                But the amount detected was not adjusted as i promised to my account. I have lost my money and now i am realized i was cheated.

                                These all things happen within a 6 hours time period.

                                I not know how my HDFC information's are read by these frauds. I am trust HDFC service, Please took a necessary action and get back to my money.

                                    Hi,

                                    This is to highlight fraud charges made by HDFC bank on my credit card and then not helping at all in doing any investigation on the fraud. Instead to all my requests for help they just keep sending their standard replies of "it is under consideration" and finally "nothing can be done regarding this".
                                    The case of fraud particularly interesting and clearly shows that HDFC bank has no interest in resolving ANY sort of issues for customers and just wants to make illogical excuses which frustrate customers
                                    Details:
                                    1. Fraud charges made on my Jet Privilege HDFC Bank World Credit card by Priority Pass lounge of Rs 3340.44/-. Charges were made on card in the month of August 2013 and the charges clearly mention that they have been made because of 2 people using the priority pass lounge in the month of July.
                                    2. While I had used the lounge in July – It was a single persons entry AND also the person taking the entry had clearly mentioned that the lounge usage is complimentary.
                                    3. I highlighted the 2 errors to HDFC bank: that the usage was complimentary and even if it was to be charged it was used for only 1 person. To add to it I was neither communicated that charges will be levied neither was I given any receipt of the same.
                                    4. To this HDFC bank kept replying to me (in 7-10 mails exchanged within 1-2 months) that these charges are by priority pass lounge and they CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
                                    5. I finally asked HDFC to tell me the procedure to close the card. To this they instantly replied asking me to wait for some time while they do further investigation.
                                    6. After another 5-6 mail exchanges and around 1 month later they reverted saying I had used the lounge for 2 people on 30th June for which the charges are applied.

                                    After this I simply lost my patience as I NEVER used the lounge on 30th June. Also the charges in card statement clearly mention that it was for JULY usage. Now I am thoroughly frustrated and helpless.
                                    HDFC clearly has done no investigation at all and is simply avoiding doing anything about it.

                                    I have impeccable payment record with HDFC and have cleared all payments on the card in full weeks before due date always.

                                    I don’t know whether this consumer forum would help resolve the issues but I want to spread HDFC’s pathetic service and no help during fraud transactions to as many people as possible so that other consumers can opt for better credit cards.

                                      Hi,
                                      I had two credit cards from HDFC and CITI banks, both with credit limit Rs.35000/ and Rs.38000 each. Due to some financial issues I could not pay for the cards for around 6 months and the banks closed my credit card. But later in the month of May'2013 I cleared all my outstanding amount Rs.58,000/ and Rs.65,000/ which includes all the fees and charges. I have obtained No Due Letter from both the banks.

                                      Now when I am applying for a fresh credit card from the above banks or any other bank, they are rejecting my application, and also stating that I can reapply again after 6 months.
