I have made the booking thru app (Booking id 415414) on 21st june 2017 for service on 08th july 2017.
On 8th july 2017, when i tried to contact cross road helpline, they said the service is not available when it is booked thru app and they were sorry to say that the service cannot be provided on 8th july 2017.
Alternatively, they offered for service on 9th july 2017 at indirapuran warehosuse and promised the call on 9th july 2017 at 10 am.
After waiting till 11.30 am on 9th july, i again contacted, the customer care executive promised a call back within 15 minutes from the warehouse.
After waiting till 1 pm, i have again contacted customer care, they promised a call back within few minutes.
On 10th july 2017, customer care called back and ensured the service for today by indirapuram workshop by 10-11 am.
Till date i have not got the service for my vehicle dl3cbf6971.
Hence, i don’t want to continue with your service on wheels and requested to refund the amount of rs. 5, 500/- which was paid in advance.
Hope the above, clarifies and i don’t want any excuse mail from your side and just want refund back my money for which no service has been made available by cross road team. Was this information helpful? |
After studying the matter, we found out that the service delay caused due to the high service volume. This is clearly a mistake at our end and we take responsibility for it. We are ready to service your vehicle or refund your money. Kindly let us know the service date you are looking for or simply you want your money back.
