The company failed to provide service for which i had made a pre payment of rs.3000 in december 2016.
The company is constantly delaying the refund even after constant mails and phone calls. It has already been 7 months.
The customer service is useless and are non responsive to mails sent. It is standard of any company to take 30-45 days for refund but this has crossed all limits
