Hi, while buying clothes from crossroads campbelltown mall a sales assistant assists me on purchasing. Her name is barbara.. My docket num096593. My complaint is about her ridiculous rude behavior. During shopping i spend about 10mints on browsing my cloths.. When i have decided the one i will buy i put one dress on a different rack without hanger.. When barbara noticed that she asked me if i want that cloth and i replied sorry no. Her face looked very rude as i was thinking she shouldn't because it's her job to tidy up store when customer leave!! I was on counter to pay, she came back and didn't even spare a word!! Her face was very rude and it was noticeable because she was very chatty with other customers and she was nicely trying to upsell scarf to them.. I want to know why she was doing different attitude with different customers? Does she even know what customer service means?!! Thank you..
