Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — highly disappointed with daikin brand new ac purchase done on[protected] and its not working

Hi Team,

We have purchased the Daikin AC on 31st March 2024 from Reliance Smart Bazar, Location-Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida West .It got installed on 2nd April . It has not worked since that day. Also there is no booklet and Warranty card came with the AC . On asking the technician who came to installed it he said it is going to be there. When I checked AC boxes nothing was there and now I am doubtful whether they have given us original AC or a Duplicate product.

We have raised the complaint against the same on both Daikin Customer Support (Sr No.[protected] and Reliance Smart Bazar customer service (Service Request No-[protected])

For first few days nobody contacted us from both the teams, neither Daikin nor Reliance Mart . After many follow ups, on 9th April the Daikin technician visited and told us that the person who has installed the AC has wrongly installed it and there is no Gas in it that's why its not working.

On the other hand on 10th April(Today) the Reliance Mart technician visited, made a video and told there is some problem in the AC but he is not able to find out what exactly the problem is and still the AC is not working.

We as customers are HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with the AC and in fact with the services of both the Companies- Daikin and Reliance Mart. It's most shocking that its a New AC which is bought on 31st March 2024 and its not working.

Its a mental torture case as we have purchased a brand new AC of Daikin from Reliance Mart and now both the companies are just putting the blame on each other and nobody is interested in resolving the issue and are just wasting our time.

We now don't want this AC from Daikin company. We want our money to be refunded on immediate basis as we cannot trust any of the Companies(Daikin and Reliance Mart)

I am attaching the Invoice for your reference and would request you to kindly look into the matter on an urgent and high priority basis and provide the solution .

We have raised this complaint also against Daikin as it is their brand and they are not even bothered about the Trouble we are facing on everyday basis.

Hi Team, Kindly update the status as we want refund . Even after buying the AC on 31st March 2024 we are sleeping without it as it is not working. My family and small children are also suffering as the temperature is getting hot day by day. Please provide the solution at the earliest.

Hi Team,

Kindly update the status of the complaint. We are already suffering a lot because of Reliance Mart and Daikin AC . What's the point in putting up a consumer complaint if your team is not responding.
