Dear Sir/Mam
I am using Daikin AC (Model Number-FTC50QRV161) from last three
years. from last 1and half years i am facing swing issues repeatedly. I am
already changed Swing two times. But every time daikin service engineer fit
the swing after two month this got damaged too. I don't know when will this
problem solved.
i fed up keep complaining again and again. And when i again complain about this on march daikin engineer came and told me that this is design issue and then he changed with new flap and told me this will work fine. But again the same split broken. Now their engineer came to check and they are now clamping that this is physical damage and they also instead of solving my issue made bend of lower body part of my ac. Now it’s not properly fit.
Now I don’t know what to do, whom to tell. Coz after writing lots of mail and call there are not a positive feedback i m getting from daikin side.
If possible please help me

As per your promise today Daikin Engineer came and check the swing flap problem of my ac and they repair and fix the same . Now flap working fine.
