I am live in chitra vihar in east delhi .hamare yaha pani me siver ka pani mix hokar aata hai ye problem kafi purani hai mane written complain bhi ki thi par koi action nahi liya gaya.please positively kuch kareye. ek aur baat aapke yaha se phele to meter reading ke loye koi nahi aata par agar aata bhi hai to etne nakhre dikhate hai jase vip aaye ho .baat karne tak ki tamiz nahi Hoti request bhi nahi sunte....

ir, We are the residence of Gali NO.-3, Laxmi nagar, Delhi 92. The water supply by your company since last 20 Jan. is very undrinkable, bad smell liking some sever water supply. Many residence of our area get ill due the this water. Please may kindly look in to the matter and give us relief from this problem....

I have tried to complaint servel times of same in our local area Delhi Jal borad office which is in Karkrola Mor but No body is responding me and even I have not found a single person on his / her sit. We have received the bill from 23.09.2013 to 27.12.2014.. the water reading status is shown is 390 to 620 from the same date as above and bill is of Rs. 27940 .. but when on dated 06.1.2015 our new meter installed, on same day the meter reading was 405... so pls.. check the status properly...and revert as soon as possible... Pls. Find the attachment receipt of meter change.. NEW K NO:-[protected]...

Respected Sir, I would like to draw your kind attention towards the illegal water connection for commercial use at: New Saeed’s Restaurant, C-96/1, Gali No.14, near Mandir, Zakir, Nagar New Delhi 110025. I complained to Delhi Jal Board on their telephone number and my complained no. is 22142 on 9/12/2014. So far they have not taken any action on the complained. It is very sad to see that people who have a legal connection & paying...

The meter reader mentioned the wrong current reading status as NS (No Status) and previous reading status as PLOC (Premises Locked) because according to him the unit reading was not increasing but the fact is that we do not waste too much water and keep the use of water minimal. Our meter is working and in good condition but the meter reader reported 88 units which were the total units since the meter had been replaced. Now the bill has come...

I have not consumed water supplied by DJB since last six months but have recieved bill dated 26.01.2015 for Rs. 2371/-. On enquiry at ZRO West II, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi Office it was told that billing has been done on the basis of average consumption and the meter has been shown as stopped. They also insisted that the amount is to be paid compulsorily and the meter is to be replaced. I requested to get the meter checked but they refused.br...

Leakage of water supply line at two places at Hanuman Mandir Marg, in Sewa Nagar was reported. Till date leakage was not fixed, road has been damaged badly So you are once again requested to fix the water leakage in O-Block Sewa Nagar (at Hanuman Mandir Road) as this leakage is further damaging the road causing inconvenience to local residents & roads uses....
