I dont have receive any bill from delhi jal board since 15 may 2013. There is no option to view my outstanding bill on internet. The Water Meter Reader Mr. Ashwini of West Patel Nagar does not record the actual reading and submit the reading as he may deem fit. My average consumption is 21 units per month while the consumption given by the meter reader for the period 20 May to 23 Aug 2014 (3 months) as 9 units per month and from 23.8.14 to 16 Oct, 2014 (less than 2 months) as 16 units per month.
