I was received a bill No.[protected] dated 31.08.2014 amounting to Rs.31880/- without reading then I was submitted written complaint dated 06.09.2014 with ZRO, Sultanpuri, New Delhi-110086 to send a revised bill after taking reading. thereafter I had received a revised bill No.[protected] dated 04/10/2014 for 99 days amounting to Rs.597/- after taking reading and the same was paid by me on 21.10.2014. I was once again received a bill No.[protected] dated 28.11.2014 of Rs.1766/- without reading with late payment of Rs.1576/-. Whereas the meter reader has conducted regular meter reading by visiting at my house. Apartfrom above, I have taken two new connections vide K No.[protected] and [protected] for the second and third Floor respectively, but no bill has been received even after two times meter reading has been taken by the meter reader Sh. Satender Singh. In this regard, I have already been filed a complaint with ZRO on 20.12.2014 but no reply is received from good office so far. Hence, it is requested to give necessary instructions to concern official to set right my grievance at the earliest.

      Re: K No. [protected] I have been complaining for the last three months for my defective meter which is showing high reading and being charge very high amount in my regular bill I am paying. My average consumption is 30 units per month whereas I am charged for 90 units which is very high. I have earlier given my complaint vide Dy No.1509 dated 18.10.2014 but nothing has been done so far. I would once again request you to get my water meter checked from Delhi Jal Board Lab and correct bill is to be sent for payment. However, as a gesture of goodwill I have been making all payments and request you to adjust excess payment in my next bills.

              sir, It is bring to your kind notice that a temporary delhi jal board cabin is situated on pedestrian footpath on service road of nawada metro station, it become hindrance for commuter and create shabby look in and around the above area.Kindly remove this cabin as early as possible to avoid inconvenience for commuters.                 Dear Sir, please note that there is no water supply for past one n half month, we have already file the complaint also, but there is no action taken by any of the team.Mid night we have also tried to check the but dirty water supply is there . there are no other to get the water as the lanes are very small that gov.water supply can be used .

                  I would like to bring your attention about billing problems. My bill not come to time to time I live at L-10 Sadatpur ext gali no 42, delhi - 94. I dont have receive any bill from delhi jal board since 15 may 2013. There is no option to view my outstanding bill on internet. I already submit all paper and meter waranty card and no to jal board office. but they said your bill is not generated. the jalboard person never come to see the meter reading .i request you to please send me my water bill .because It is not possible for me to give the whole outstanding at one time.                         I am resident of B-3 Block Janak Puri, The row that houses, House no 67 to 89 has very bad and smelly water supply between houses no 75 to 79 for what I know of, it’s really bad, not even fit to be used in the toilets. Would request to take action and help us.

                          The Water Meter Reader Mr. Ashwini of West Patel Nagar does not record the actual reading and submit the reading as he may deem fit. My average consumption is 21 units per month while the consumption given by the meter reader for the period 20 May to 23 Aug 2014 (3 months) as 9 units per month and from 23.8.14 to 16 Oct, 2014 (less than 2 months) as 16 units per month. Both the readings given by him are submitted by him by his own presumption and not by visiting the premises. My water reading as on today is.i.e.. 20.12.14 is 1300. My bill may please be regenerated w.e.f. from 20th May 2014 and settled on the basis of actual reading. The water reader may be directed to contact me on my mobile [protected] for taking the reading of water meter. M.K. Talwar, DGM (Vigilance) ZONE wz2/128/metered Area Code A-9/Rajendra Nagar New K No. [protected]. New Bill on the basis of actual reading w.e.f. 20th May, 2014 may plase be generated and the above mentioned bills may please be cancelled.

Requesting you to kindly check pur reading once again as we are paying our bill on countinuous basis without any delay & their is no any pending amt. o[censored]s.                               I, am resident of E-89 Lajpat Nagar-II, the rain water sewer line on the backside of E-89 up to E-92, Lajpat Nagar-II is choked and needs immediate cleaning as the contaminated water is a big Health Hazard and is a big breeding place for the mosquito. Please note that some of the covers are also broken and needs replacement.Please also note that this Sewer Line is never cleaned up ever since it was constructed.You are therefore requested to attend to this call as soon as possible, Thanks K.K.Mendiratta R/O E-89, Lajpat Nagar-II.

                                    Water Bill for K.No.[protected] dated 02.09.2014 for Rs.5102/- was not based on the meter readings taken by the Meter Reader from 21.06.2013 to August, 2014. But it was deposited by me with the fear of disconnection. Current water bill dated 11.12.2014 for Rs.1216/- payable by 29.12.2014 intimated via SMS on my mobile No.[protected] has not been received till 19.12.2014. The meter reading as on 18.12.2014 was 183 units. DJB is not taking any action in this regard despite of lodging grievances.

                                      SIR/MADAM, I'm from east delhi, customer KNO No. - [protected]. my water meter is working properly but last 2 years i have paid heavy amount due to Meter reading not being noticed. 2 or 3 years ago, A Person from MCD installed new meter and then i never got the bill on time. I visited many times to request for meter readings. On Saturdays they said, please come on Monday and Nothing happended on Mondays and Finally again we got a bill of high amount after a long long time duration which we can't afford. We met Senior most officials at office and he kept redirecting to various other officers. Again finally they asked us that nothing can be done, you pay this bill and then you will start getting regular bills. Again the same story, no bill since last 10 months.This is how the educated citizens at Delhi are being treated. The water is not in drinking condition, such after that this is the situation that you sent heavy amounts bill. Request you to resolve my issues. Either i should get a fixed amount bill or someone should note the meter reading. My KNO No. is [protected]
