Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — FIne collected illegally by DTC based on faulty ticket generated by bus conductor which mentioned source and destination stops wro

I boarded a DTC bus with number DL1PD 3296 on route No 85. I boarded the bus at West Patel Nagar bus stop and got a ticket of Rs 5 upto Karol Bagh metro bus stop with ticket No.[protected]. The ticket generated by conductor mentioned the source and destination stops incorrectly as Karam Pura Terminal to Telephone Exchange Karol Bagh. I was fined Rs 200 by ticket checking staff named Rakesh Kumar Dagar at Karol Bagh Metro Station Bus stop for travelling an extra stop which is incorrect because the ticket mentioned source and destination stops incorrectly. For no fault of mine I was fined Rs 200 and also humiliated at the Karol Bagh metro Bus stop on[protected] at around 8:56 AM by ticket checking staff named Rakesh Kumar Dagar. The ticket collecting staff are passionately collecting fines but the ticket generating machines are faulty which cause inconvenience to passengers who are not aware of stops. Kindly take action against the staff responsible for collection of illegal fines
