Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Refund money

My Name is Mohd. Nadeem, I recently applied for a DTC pass through the online service on 25 November. Unfortunately, I received a confirmation email on 28 November stating that my application had been rejected.

I understand that the rejection might be due to specific reasons, and I have attached the required information to this email for your reference. I am keen to understand the grounds for the rejection and, more importantly, when I can expect the refund of the application fee.
