Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Regarding DTC e-bus pass

I have applied for DTC bus pass some days ago with the application no.[protected], with the successful payment of 500..But It is being showing that "payment in under clearing" for past few days.. Kindly look into the matter and help me in getting pass as soon as possible..
