Delhivery — 8 days still Parcel not delivered yet

Address: Ahmedabad

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 15th Feb2022 but till now no update received from them. Every day it is getting delayed without any reason. No calls are received from the courier service for this delay. I am fed up with this type of response from the Delhivery Courier.

Kindly help me to solve this problem as soon as possible.

Updated by Ismail Janab I am really disappointed by this type of response from this type of service. No one is responding either on calls or by e-mail.
Requesting you to expedite the procedure so that I can receive the parcel as soon as possible.
