As i have placed my order on 11th july for delivery my clothes and personal items from Gurgaon to Bangalore as per express delivery it should delivered by 15th july 2025. and it was showing same day pickup but pickup done two days late by 13th july 2025 and now i should get delivery by 16th july 2025. but still there is no updates and now in their app it is showing package will be delivered by 19th july 2025. they charged for express delivery...

I am writing to escalate an issue regarding my shipment that was scheduled for delivery on 28th June 2025. It has now been over 10 days, and the parcel has still not been delivered to my address.

Awb [protected] it is clear that you have policy not to listen to customers.
Your delivery agents put fake remarks
5 days is post delivery is new rule. System didnot allow creating ticket from order page. Customer repeatedly states she didnot receive it. Remark is fake your pod image looks fake. Pl have more robust delhivery proof - either based on otp or have customer write his/her name with signature on aper sheet like...

Delivery not done but marked as delivered. receiever found the delivery guy and he told that the item has been delivered to wrong person. then he refused to help them get it and started being rude. his pictures were captured and shared with delhivery on ticket id J[protected]. But delhivery has not taken any action. we keep getting an automated response saying that we are looking into it. There is no escalation even for a serious case...

Delhivery is getting an LG order that we have to reject but the phone is not mapped to the order/ AWB. I cannot call the phone IVR because it won't let my call go through, I downloaded the app but again no support because of the phone issue. The last four digits of the phone on Delhivery.com tracking are incorrect. So, how will the delivery agent call me. And, I am reading that Delhivery does not require OTP. The package was picked up from Gurgaon and has to be delivered to Greater Noida but first the shipment got late and now every day the order status is updated "out to delivery" in the morning and "order delivery failed" in the evening. There is no actual way to reach the delivery guy, and no one even comes to deliver.
My order either has been lost or stolen. Please look into this Delhivery.

Delhivery lost my shimpent which was worth 8k, how can one company be so careless?
Do they bear no responsibility? This is not at all acceptable and has caused a lot of trouble.

I placed an order for the resonate WIfi UPS through amazon and the bridge cable was missing so amazon helped raise a return request on 5th May. The pick up does not show up on the amazon app as it shows as "Will be scheduled by carrier" which is Delhivery.
The item was supposed to be picked within 3 days as per amazon but nobody did until yesterday so I called amazon and they placed another request to pick up the item and asked me...

Shiprocket, the platform managing my shipment, has contacted me on the updated mobile number that I provided in multiple reattempt requests. However, Delhivery, which is the actual courier handling the delivery, is not even visiting the delivery location or calling me on the updated number. They have taken the machine from LG and have not delivered it in 15 days. When you call to check shipment status they just say your number is not registered. The package shows out of delivery but the guy marked it as I am unable to pick it up. He might have kept it for his own use. Pathetic poor scam experience
