We need to register a complaint regarding a return shipment. It's been more than a month ever since one of our products via the Meesho app (under username: [protected]@theindianspirit.com) was set to be delivered back to our warehouse in Vidyavihar, Mumbai.
The AWB no. of the courier shipment is [protected] was tracking it down from your official website. We got to know that the package is in transit and is already arrived at the Delhivery facility on the 15th Of October.
The expected estimated day of return is set to the next consecutive day each time the team tries to look out for the package status. And yet even after the package has arrived in Mumbai's Delhivery facility, it has exceeded the time span of more than 20 days.
This unprofessional behavior is not acceptable as we are kept hanging to the tread of hope that the package will be delivered in the next 24 hours but no one shows up. If the package is misplaced by your logistic team we would like your department to settle things down by paying us for the value of our product in the package. Was this information helpful? |
