On 24th September I had couriered a parcel from Chennai to Surat. The parcel contained a pair of brand new expensive shoes to a relative of mine( the amount of parcel was noted by logistics agency at time of order generation).

On 28th it shows that the shipment got delivered to receiver on their official tracking page. The delivery agent didn’t show up nor did he call and just marked it as delivered. As proof of delivery(POD) he has done a fake signature (a strike) and marked delivered.
As the parcel was expensive I reported to the courier office where I posted and they tell me raise a complaint to Delhivery website.
As a matter of fact Delhivery has no valid customer care or ticket raising mechanism and everything is just for show on their site.
Their has been no action taken by them even when I have been regularly following up with them via the courier office where I dispatched the parcel from.
I urgently need a refund and compensation for the time I have spent on following up on this.
