[Resolved]  Delhivery — Delay in Parcel delivery.

I ordered a food item to be eaten during pongal. The estimated delivery date was 12/01/2021. But every day the delivery date they showing in their order tracking is increasing by one day. Their is no customer support, I tried to call customer care but all the numbers are showing switched off. Every time a am putting a query mail, a auto-reply mail is coming that they will look into the matter, nothing has happened till now as I have neither received my parcel nor I have heard from Delhivery agent. My parcel tracks ng number is[protected]. I could not take the screen shot where delivery date was showing 13/01/2021 since the next day they changed the delivery date to 14/01/2021. similarly on 15th they changed to 15/01/2021. Don't know when I will receive my parcel.
