Delhivery — delayed and incorrect update on the shipment

I am writing to express my frustration and concern regarding the status of my shipment with AWB #[protected]. The package was picked up from Bangalore Basavannagudi area on 28th July and reached the Destination Delivery Center in Visakhapatnam by 30th July. However, there has been no update on the shipment since then.

Despite lodging multiple complaints through social media and their app, I have not received any proper response from their customer support team. Each time, the issue is flagged as delayed due to operational issues, but no concrete solution or estimated delivery time has been provided.

This delay is causing significant inconvenience, and I urgently need assistance to ensure the prompt delivery of my shipment. I request your immediate attention to this matter and a resolution at the earliest.
