Delhivery — Delayed order delivery

I have a package to be delivered Tracking ID[protected] and it is supposed to be delivered today (12 May) but I have not yet received it.
Furthermore, the item has reached my city Hyderabad on 9th May itself and the status has been 'On hold. Destination unable to receive'. What does this mean?

Please expedite and make sure that I receive the product at the earliest and also mention the reason for the delay.

same problem dude. my product reached in some hyd warehouse and its been sitting idle for too long. it is their since 7th may!!
