My wife booked a package on 16th of October with Delhivery from Gurgaon to Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. To deliver some home made edible items to her friend who recently delivered a new born. It was booked under Express Delivery so the package can reach at her place as fast as possible. However, till today (25th October 2021) the package's status is "In Transit".
I had tried everything to know the status but the company do not have any idea where the package is. There is no response on emails, no positive response by the center where I took the package to be booked. And there is total different story how non-educated staff is handling the counter of the center. They do not have any interest to resolve the issue of the customer, they just try to avoid the conversation and blame on the other party. They do not even have the contact number of the center they have shipped the package to.
Q- Who will be responsible if the edible items are spoiled? because it is in transit from last 8-9 days.
Q- What is company policy for such cases?
Q- When can I expect the delivery to be completed?
Q- How can I get the refund of the Express delivery, because it is certainly not an "express delivery"?
It is pathetic that a company cannot deliver what it promises.
