[Resolved]  Delhivery — Delhivery agents not delivering at home/given addresses.

Hi,
The Delhivery agents in my hometown never deliver at the given addresses or even to the closest location. I’ve always had to go to their office which is a bit far from my place to receive my parcels. This is not the situation in other Delhivery locations in nearby towns. Could you kindly see to it that the agents out here follow the actual promise of Delhivery to deliver at the doorstep, or the closest location, instead of having the customers go to receive their parcels ALL THE TIME. It’s okay if this wasn’t the regular routine but I’ve ALWAYS had to go get my parcel, no matter how busy I am. So what’s the use of those agents. One or two people can sit in the office and receive the packages instead of hiring many people who just sit and warm the chairs.
