Delhivery — Delhivery parcel is lost from Delhivery hub of Bilaspur-HR (Gurgaon)

I sent a parcel from delhivery courier service to Haryana on May 4th, 2021.
today it came for 41 days but still could not reach my parcel at the given address.

Till yesterday whenever I track Delhivery courier using AWB number, then every day the delivery date is increasing. I don't know why my courier is stuck in BIlaspur-HR (Gurgaon) from May 4th, 2021 to till date.

But now when I'm trying to track a courier then it shows the LOST status of my courier.

How can Delhivery lose my courier ? Lost my product. It's Delhivery's fault . I just want my product back as soon as possible.

Please look into this matter very seriously,
