Ordered some eatables from haldiram through their website on 19.10.222. Received message your order number [protected] shipped with AWB#[protected]. After two days I tracked the shipment it shows out for delivery but not received. When I checked the status shows verification call failed but no one calling me from delivery team. After few days the tracking status changed as due to security reason your shipment returned to sender. Till today haldiram not received this return shipment.

Need final answer from Delhivery team.. Whether my shipment will delivered to my address or not. If not return the parcel to haldiram office immediately and send confirmation email with receiver acknowledgements
the shipment returned to haldiram . I will work with them to get refund.

    Hi,
    My order for tracking ID:[protected] has been stuck in your delhivery facility for more than 12 and not moving. Everyday, when I check from your website, you guys always schedule the delivery date for next day. It's happening from last 5-6 day and due to this my refund for the same would not process due to your shipping delays.
    Please help on this ASAP

      Address: Delhivery Jaipur

      AWB#[protected] This shipment has been picked up from my place on 9th October & it’s not delivered yet. I’m constantly trying to contact them but their customer service sucks and I’m getting zero updates regarding the shipment. It shouldn’t have taken 30 days to deliver the shipment. Please help

            1)AWB[protected]

            We've received a mail regarding our package which was lost in transit.

            This is not the first time that this has happened. We would like a refund atleast of the package.

            We've tried to mail a lot of times regarding lost packages but haven't received anything yet.

            Everytime you say to raise issue on platform but after doing that we get no response. Such a horrible customer service.

            It's saying 89 rs of Shipp would be refunded what about the package value??

            2) We paid extra for issuing the package & then also the package was fully damaged not even from invade but also from the outside . the whole box was broken even after it being 5 ply box

            AWB[protected] is delivered in damaged condition.

            We have written more than 25 mails for these but then also no response till now its been weeks . This is not a joke at all What kind of rubbish stervice is this .

            We have screenshots of all mail & pictures attached for proof as well We'll have to go for legal case now .

            Extremely disappointed.

                  Tracking Details for id:[protected] have changed overnight. Whereas on 09th Nov 2022, it showed estimated delivery time as 10th Nov 2022 10:30 to 18:00 IST. Today on 10th Nov 2022 07:45 IST it is showing estimated delivery time as 11th Nov 2022 IST. What is the cause of this delay? How many times will delivery be pushed back without any evidence of attempted delivery / communication from the delivery person? I have no response on support ticket 51457431. No response after posting my complaint on Facebook. No Further response on facebook messenger. And nothing beyond automated responses on email.

                    Delhivery (id:[protected] claims delivery attempted, customer not available. I am available. Delivery person did not attempt to contact me. I am available and I did not receive any communication except automated call claiming delivery attempt failed.

                        On 18th Oct 2022, I couriered a bag ( parcel) from MecLeodGunj-Dharmshala to Bangalore. I pre-booked the pickup and updated the destination details. It is not delivered to date (after 21 days). I have been raising multiple support requests but no response from the company. The parcel's last status was on 20th Oct saying" Parcel received at Bilaspur-HR".

                                  Out of 9 cartons in the shipment. Delhivery lost 1 carton.

                                  I have sent numerous emails / phone call to them but no one responds to my emails.

                                  I have proof which shows only 8 cartons delivered and 9th one lost.

                                    I am taking continuously following up with company ajio for returning my product but delhivery boy( Rohit Chauhan) is denying to pick the product from last 20 days. They have cancelled my pick up and return request but i have again generated the return request.
                                    I am totally frustrated by this, ajio customer care giving me assurance again and again to wait and they are saying your product will be picked very soon, but twenty days passed nothing happened till the date. I have shared the wrong product pictures and bar codes with customer care.
                                    Each time when i recieve the message from ajio and delhivery that your item will be picked today, but delhivery don't come to pick the product rather he falsely report that he tried attempt. Each time when I try to reach them, they deny to pick the product and tells me that his senior persons from office has asked him to not pick the product.
                                    I have also tried to call senior person (Manoj Yadav) of delhivery many time but they don't pick my call.

                                        One madura package (AWB[protected] was to be picked up on 30th oct. One person came for pick up, however, the quality check failed due to which he asked to pick up the courier the next day. However, nobody came and i mailed to customer support as no contact no. is not available on website. No response came after that also. After that support queries were also raised umpteen number of times directly on delhivery website, no action has been taken regarding pick up of my order. Instead the pick up has been cancelled. I had so many bad experiences with delhivery in past. Kindly look into the matter urgently. Why should a customer suffer due to fault of the company staff?
